Thinking vs Overthinking
All you should know

Thinking and over thinking are two different things yet people mistake thinking for over thinking, before the end of this article I believe you will be able to differentiate between thinking and over thinking.
Now let’s quickly dive in into the topic of the day, According to studies we are made to believe that over thinking our situation is wrong and can lead to terrible health issues and other life related problems which is totally correct, over thinking can indicate depression, lack of self confidence, low self esteem e.t.c... Though it’s not advisable to over think situations of life you find yourself in but there are people who just can't help it but keep thinking. The reason behind thinking most times is simply because you are not comfortable with your current situation, when you don't find peace or feel relaxed in certain situations you find yourself in you tend to think and being in that situation for a long time can easily lead to over thinking as the case may be but that doesn't make your life worse than others is just that you want your situation to get better. When you over think you basically take more of time not looking for solutions but drowning in your problems imaging and looking at the worst that could happen that and it can easily create an endless cycle of depression, worry, anxiety, stress e.t.c which in turn is bad for your mental health.
On the other hand we think to proffer solutions to our problems; creating ideas, implementing ideas, recreating failed ideas e.t.c... thinking is necessary for progress in life because when you’re happy with where you are you wouldn't think of a way forward as such thinking is highly recommend for growth in life, it also shows intelligent people with high level of IQ because thinkers help proffer solution to problems, come up with fantastic ideas and innovatives to help solves life issues. For instance children brought up in a poor background where they struggled to get formal education, at some point one of them tends to sit out at night thinking of ways to avert poverty, a way to have a better life than what his parents could offer and in turn take care of his parents might in no distant time come up with ideas that could change their life for good, while the other child seemed contented with where he was because he believed as it is the life his parents lived it is also likened to be his fate, it clearly shows the level of IQ of this children and the impact thinking aright could make in one’s life.
We advise that whenever you feel like your over thinking you should seek the company of friends, family and loved ones and talk things through as a solution can be easily gotten as the saying goes a “problem shared is a problem solved “or stay in the midst of joyous people who speak positive words and always try out new ideas, reconstruct failed ideas with new perspectives and just keep on trying , avoid being alone , find a distraction, listen to music’s, acknowledge your progress so far, consider views from loved ones, family and friends, find your muse and always stay joyous.
