The Havana Syndrome: A New Disease Or A Modern Energy Weapon?
Scientists Unable To Discover The Cause

Havana Syndrome is a mysterious illness baffling researchers and scientists since 2016, as thousands of US officials have experienced its effects.
The first cases (approximately 40) occurred in Havana, Cuba, during the first year of reconciliation attempts between the two countries. With an exchange of diplomats and promises of a gradual phasing out of the US-imposed trade embargo, both sides attempted to establish communication.
Multiple cases of the Havana Syndrome are documented, with most of them afflicting US officials, diplomats, agents, and administrative personnel all over the world.
The symptoms include nausea, chronic headache, vertigo, hearing loss, and impaired memory. Those affected mentioned hearing high-pitched sounds similar to chirping or beeping, with a duration ranging between seconds and a few minutes.
The US personnel experienced these symptoms in most cases while in their hotel rooms during diplomatic missions or at home.
Since 2016, reports of thousands of cases of the Havana syndrome emerged in the continental US, while an initial investigation provided an inconclusive response.
More clusters of the syndrome appeared besides the first one in Havana with personnel affected in Vienna and Miami under close investigation.

Suspected Energy Attack

Suspicions immediately emerged since investigators identified the first cases in a nation until recently perceived as hostile to the US, Cuba, an ex-Soviet ally.
However, the US did not regard Cuba as the aggressor.
Raul Castro had recently taken control of the government after legendary Cuban leader Fidel Castro fell ill. Raul pushed towards reconciliation and development, hoping for a relaxation of the terms of the US embargo.
We can consider almost all the impacted personnel targets of interest for hostile to the US interests, with US personnel affected in various foreign nations besides Cuba, such as Austria, China, and Russia.
The Havana Syndrome targets single individuals but not others associating with them, unlike any contagious disease.
One theory investigated included the possibility of unknown special frequency energy devices (weapons) utilized to attack US personnel such as secret agents, diplomats, and government officials.
I woke up in the middle of the night. I could feel this sound in my head. It was intense pressure on both of my temples. At the same time, I heard this low humming sound, and it was oscillating. And I remember looking around for where this sound was coming from, because it was painful.

Cases increased in the continental US as well, with many incidents reported by FBI personnel in Miami, Florida.
However, in most cases, the investigation concluded the symptoms were mild and generated by natural causes or high stress.

Neuroimaging Findings (MRI)

MRI scans from 40 affected personnel in Havana, Cuba, revealed mild brain damage in many of those afflicted, with about two dozen cases considered high priority and unexplained.
Among US government personnel in Havana, Cuba, with potential exposure to directional phenomena, compared with healthy controls, advanced brain magnetic resonance imaging revealed significant differences in whole brain white matter volume, regional gray and white matter volumes, cerebellar tissue microstructural integrity, and functional connectivity in the auditory and visuospatial subnetworks but not in the executive control subnetwork.
The clinical importance of these differences is uncertain and may require further study.
As the findings suggest, the results are inconclusive, and further examination is required.

The Moscow Signal And “The Thing!”
In 1952 a listening device was discovered in a gift given to the Moscow US Embassy by the Soviet Union.

The listening device discovered inside the seal is considered a predecessor to the RFID. The device requires electromagnetic energy emitted from an outside source to activate (Wikipedia).
Between 1953 and 1976, a microwave beam transmitted to the US embassy in Moscow was for a decade tolerated and concealed from the public by three of US administrations could be the precursor of what we know today as the Havana Syndrome.
Researchers suspected a modern version of this microwave beam today of targeting and affecting US officials in diplomatic assignments worldwide.
Moscow diplomats and the hundreds (if not thousands) of individuals affected by the Havana Syndrome all suffer from similar symptoms, including severe headaches, inability to concentrate, and fatigue.
The Havana Syndrome bears similar symptoms to the long-term effects of the low radiation exposure from a nonionized beam that targeted the US embassy in Moscow.
Between 1963 and 1976, the US appealed several times to USSR to eliminate this practice, however, the Soviets increased the beam’s capacity by the late 70s.
The US government did not protest actively against these findings until 1976. The US did not perceive microwaves as a health hazard in the 60s, and diplomats later used the incident as an advantage during meetings with their USSR counterparts.
Several decades later, with the mysterious Havana Syndrome emerging, we should consider microwaves as scientific research might have accomplished integration into mini portable devices.
Such devices could be weaponized and used against US diplomats to reduce their cognitive capabilities and weaken overall US diplomacy.
Such attacks against US diplomatic missions and agents seem effective in reducing the influential capabilities of US diplomats in discussions with counterparts and delay or even prevent the US from achieving peace negotiations or trade agreements.
If such a weapon exists, it contains significant geostrategic importance. An investigation should be transparent in this case since such weapons cause suffering and deteriorate the health conditions of the affected.
However, we should also mention there is no evidence pointing to Russian (or another country) interference in this case and no evidence of portable microwave weapons as described here existing.
This is a scenario agencies still investigate, but have concluded the possibility is too low:

It Is Not The Russians, The CIA Concludes
“We assess it is unlikely that a foreign actor, including Russia, is conducting a sustained, world-wide campaign harming U.S. personnel with a weapon or mechanism,”
Senior CIA official (source: WSJ)
The internal investigation announced it is unlikely that Russian secret agencies or any other foreign adversary were behind the syndrome.
However, this announcement was deemed unacceptable by those affected by the Havana Syndrome, and the matter is now not a priority, since January 2022, as attention shifted to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Russia again isolated itself from the West, with an escalation of a geopolitical struggle that followed the pandemic and the invasion of Ukraine.
Besides the similarities in health impact between the Havana Syndrome and the microwave beam targeting the US embassy in Moscow, symptoms match yet another technology:

LRAD - The Sound Cannon (Long-Range Acoustic Device)

LRAD is a device (by private company Genasys) developed for defense, crowd control, naval protection (from piracy), or mass notifications during emergencies.
The device has two primary features:
a voice system (loudspeaker) and
an alert feature emitting chirping or beeping sounds at high decibels
The military-grade sonic weapon has a capacity of up to 160 dB, while the police use lower decibel levels between 137 and 154, which are: “capable of causing pain, disorientation, nausea, migraines, and permanent damage.” (Wikipedia)

The symptoms LRAD causes are similar to those that were affected by the Havana Syndrome.

Suspected Energy Attack Near The White House!
In May 2021, news reports suggested an energy attack targeted the White House, with one person directly affected.
An event that alarmed the US, with everyone demanding answers.
In the past, the National Security Agency has described an energy attack as a “high-powered microwave system weapon”
CBS News (source)
According to reports by various sources, the White House was aware of suspected energy attacks and closely evaluates the situation.

In Conclusion
The investigation will continue as we can be sure that new instances of Havana Syndrome will appear.
Those affected by the syndrome demand answers and deserve treatment and healthcare.
We should consider the possibility of energy weapons use, which can cause irreparable brain damage, and perhaps any intel regarding similar cases is already under examination.
Havana Syndrome is a mystery that brings back memories of the Cold War and practices that later resurfaced as world geopolitics change, with new superpowers emerging.
The mystery surrounding the Havana Syndrome will be on the news again soon, as additional incidents appear on the web, and perhaps we will reach a definite conclusion, hopefully with nobody getting hurt from it again.
