The Will of Life

Constitution of Amore+Kin Unions of Earth

By We the PPULPublished a day ago 3 min read

While words are not all power+full, they can certainly exert much power. The stories we tell, often become the stories we live.

In the year 4,563,918,726 Gaia+Time, We the Peoples, 'citizens' of the former United States of America began recognizing and embodying a Biocratic Constitution.

After rewriting and signing of a ReDeclaration of InterDependence, in which:

"We live these Truths as self-evident, that All Kind are created equal; that All Life are endowed by Creator with a certain Will of Life, that among these are Light, Liberty, and the Promise of Harmony."

WE, the humans of Earth, recognized our freedom, and the freedom of any being, is inextricably connected to resource sovereignty: self determination in how we cultivate, collect, or catch the resources essential to our vitality.

Infringement of this ability, on ourselves or others, directly creates a condition of insecurity, dependency, and slavery. A condition that is no longer entertained or tolerated.

However, at the time it was written, this condition became ubiquitous among humans. Ironically, the 'civilized' humans imposed it on themselves and others; forced to forever be beings for another; born and bred for the sole purpose of giving their life force to another, instead of choosing and their own reasons for being, instead of freely choosing who they would commune with.

Beginning with the Prime Acknowledgement which recognizes resource sovereignty as the practical foundation of freedom, the Will of Life replaced something called the Bill of Rights.

There used to be dozens of amendments. Most of the subsequent amendments of the source material became redundant and irrelevant. The acknowledgements that followed were included mostly as reinforcements.

As individuals and communities enacted and embodied the Will of Life, any and all infringements on that sovereignty were increasingly met with the most severe and extreme prejudice.

An assault on one's sovereignty was interpreted as an attack not only on one's own life, but as aggression towards all Life itself.

This sentiment is summed up in the most iconic words of Malcolm Lifeful:

“We embody our Will on this Earth in being alive, in being living beings, in respecting living beings, in enacting the Will of a living being, in this life, on this Earth, in this day. Which we intend to keep in existence, by EVERY means necessary!”

Preamble

We the Peoples of Amore+Kin Unions, Living in full communion, pristine Balance, total Well+Being, interchanging with the communities of life, regenerating perfect Harmony, and expressing complete sovereignty for ourselves in all realities, do recognize and acknowledge the Constitution of this biosphere, Gaia, Pachamama, Earth.

The Will of Life

The Primal Acknowledgement: Resource Sovereignty

All Beings embody self determination in the procurement, production, and provision, of resources essential to themselves, and exhibit the free expression thereof;

and leave others to freely embody self determination, and leave intact the essential resources of others;

and the instincts of all beings to adapt, and the open access to the resources essential to their vitality is always respected.

The Second Acknowledgment: Mental Sovereignty

Communities always observe Universal Law recognizing the enactment of consciousness, and exhibit the full expression thereof;

and respecting the freedom of communication, and of the arts, and the will of beings vitally to assemble, and to revision what governs their mind for a redress of intentions.

The Third Acknowledgement: FAFO

A well capacitated community, being essential to the security of free beings, the will of beings to keep and use hooves and horns, claws and fangs, arms and legs, is always respected.

The Fourth Acknowledgement: Posterity

The ways, wills, and powers not as yet articulated in this Constitution, nor prohibited by Physics, are reserved to the Ecosystems respectively, and to the living.
