Beloved One Who Has Passed By Me,

Do you remember that day when you thought everything was lost? When you thought there was no point in continuing?

The bank account was dangerously low.

You were arguing with everyone close to you.

The roof was leaking.

It sounded like everything was a struggle and the so-called Universe masses were nowhere to be seen.

You are overcoming the mistakes you have made.

The money you lost.

The opportunities you missed.

You go through angry conversations and think about how good you are and how bad they are.

You wanted forgiveness but clung to all your wrongdoing.

Remember how low you feel?

You really spent more time than you care about admitting you wish you weren’t there.

You think at least that way, no one will remember you and you wouldn't hurt them if you never were.

Brother.

Seriously?

You see now that you have spent a little time with this joke, right?

You wish an awareness lightning strikes you in the head.

You were hoping for a well-honed drop of pride art to transform your heart with magic.

The Universe provided it because in the next few moments, you have read this:

The average person lives 76 years, which is about 28,000 days.

28,000 days.

That's where it hit you.

Every day is truly precious.

The months seemed to come and go.

Years passed.

But days. Days were practiced.

You rebelled against your habits at that time.

How long did it take you to drift away?

How many hours did you miss from drowning in remorse or crying out in frustration?

If you add up the hours you filled in with anxiety, regret, anger, sadness, and guilt, how many days would it take?

It was scary even to think.

He is gone.

You have discovered three ways of life each day that have changed you forever.

1. It's not your feelings.

When anger or pain strikes your heart like a ton of bricks on a hot summer day, it may feel like it is over.

The more resistance you have, the more you fight, the bigger it gets.

Let the pain be. Talk to her. Note that you are a speaking witness.

2. Meditation.

It seems that everyone is talking about meditation.

Once you have made it an integral part of your life, everything else has changed for you.

Think of it as brushing your teeth or brushing your teeth.

You can remain silent anywhere. In your car. At your desk. Close your eyes and breathe.

It will help you to be in the day.

3. Forgiveness.

As you fight your crapola, everyone goes through his or her lessons.

As long as you relied on forgiveness, you felt better.

Stop resisting.

Forgiveness gives you flow.

And if you do, BOOM - is up to date again.

I want you to wake up what you have right now!

I want you to know that no matter what, today is good.

Whether it is raining, snowstorming, or sunlight.

The weather is not good or bad. It is what it is.

Today you do, and I want you to know that here and now, in this moment of the future that I am writing to you, love is the only thing that lasts forever.

Whether your present moment is full of sorrow or bursting with joy, this too will pass.

Find ways to make today a beautiful drawing of kindness to yourself and others, and you will reach the end of your 28,000 days knowing that you are healthy.

What day is today?

Great day.

Love,

Future Me
