That feeling when you fall in love. You know that fluttering feel of butterflies in your belly. You feel the blush creep up you cheeks when you see that one person that makes your heart rates elevate. You go on thinking that this is all there is to love but here is an eye opener; Love is something that makes you smile too hard, laugh too much and when it comes to tears, it bleeds every liquid in you. Love is as painful as it is sweet, it's something you never get used to and something that always surprises you. Just like a rose flower, it's beauty is better sighted at from afar because it stings when touched. This is a gender neutral article, not just for one person but to everyone at large. Love can maim you just the same way it can make you. It's a risk too difficult to take, but then where is the spice in life if we don't love? This love thing is felt by everyone but yet not accepted by everyone. People show love by marriage, gifts, sex and so on, but let's talk about the sex cos it juicy isn't it? A sex partner is called a lover because there has to be feeling before the deed is done. Be it attraction or lust. That overwhelming feeling of pleasure you get when you're in bed with a lover, the electrifying sensation that feels too goo to be true when the feeling of ecstasy envelopes you, the desperation when you let your shame and pride leave you and you beg for more; more what? more everything. At that moment you could give away everything you have just so the feeling does not stop. The way you shout out, almost screaming because of the intensity of what you feel, feeling different things at once, it drives you almost insane. It seems sinful but yet so right, feels forbidden but then too addicting. That feeling when you hold onto your partner and all you want to do is mark them, mark your territory and let the world know that this flesh and body is taken and spoken for. The cries of pleasure you muffle in your pillow not cos you're totally scared but cos the scenery of being seen and discovered scares yet arouses you. The hickeys you give and wish so badly for other people to see the evidence of your intercourse. The satisfaction you get when the sheer pleasure you feel renders your limbs mush and your whole body immobile. That satisfying weakness you feel when you finally plop down onto the bed to get a well deserved rest after an action which felt like a very pleasurable marathon. The rose not only symbolises love but also sex. The good scent and beauty of the rose shows the pleasure and satiation some gets and the unseen thorns represents the horror experience some gets but unfortunately don't share. The thorns just like they make you bleed is linked to your first time of sex, be it the breaking of hymen or the first experience of penetration. The discomfort you feel at first, which makes you regret instantly but then just like the way you appreciate the beauty of the rose even after being stung, that same way, you let out an involuntary moan, at that moment, you see the beauty of your actions. It can be described as pleasure coated in pain. In as much as rose is seen as a symbol of love world wide, what is not seen is it's uncanny connection to the pleasure sex brings. Every innocent looking thing always has a dirty meaning leading to a world of fantasy behind it and bringing that fantasy to life is what we should do more. Roses are red, so is the unrea colour of hot sexual pleasure.
