It was on a cool Wednesday afternoon, she walked in with black heels on her size 7 feet, a pink blouse, red dress and a sneer that can cut granite. She stops in front of me, with her golden blonde hair, hourglass figure, size C breasts, sapphire blue eyes, licks her lips bends over to show me the slit in her pantyhose saying "your dick goes here baby". Her name was Claire.

24 hours earlier

I was at my desk finishing up a call, it was a little heated. The boss' boss wanted to know why the excel worksheet I turned in looked like a 4 year old did it, "it was bring your child to work day", I said.

"Ha, Ha, Ha, that's what I love you about Miguel, always with the wise cracks" lol. I hung up with the boss and that's when Claire walked up to me. Suddenly, Claire smiled at me, "hey cutie, that blue on you look electric, sexy even".

Claire, wearing a blue knee length dress, blue heels and white blouse. Looks at me, lipstick on and all, "so, you going to let me take you to dinner", shoeplaying with her left shoe showing me the black cherry nail polish on her feet.

I looked at Claire and told her, "I need a little more time, a divorce doesn't go away overnight". The boss walks by and sees Claire sitting on my desk conversing with me then hangs out nearby but doesn't turn the corner completely.

Claire takes her other shoe off and puts both feet in my lap saying "I'll make you forget all about her" as she digging her feet in crotch. "No problem, I'll wait as long as possible" said Claire as she was putting her shoes on.

The boss comes around the corner, lightly taps me upside my head then says in a low whisper, "what is the matter with you, she's cute and she's into you! Why are you refusing a date with her; you've been divorced for 2 years, it's time to let go!"

I look at the boss and say, "I know she likes me, but I don't want to make the same mistake again". The boss says "she has a crush on you, she's not being obvious about it and in a small way she is, just do one date".

I went home that night thinking about Claire and her obsession with getting me into her bed, I thought, "maybe its time that I give Claire Sherri Monterey exactly what she wants". Suddenly, a voice filled my mind, "you need to stay away from Claire, she's playing games and isn't being sincere".

I could sense that Claire wasn't playing games but sometimes its hard to tell when a woman is being sincere about her feelings. On the other side of town, Claire, wearing her purple baby doll nightie with matching robe, says, "He's right within my grasp, I'm crushing him so hard but what if I'm pouring the pressure on too much".

Sitting at her make up desk, Claire devised a clever plan "I think its time to get this ball rolling, into my hoop and in my court where he belongs".

Fast forward to present day -

Thursday morning, an ugly morning with a torrential rainfall. 7:57a, I walk into the office and suddenly, I see Claire who sees me and walk off. Unapologetically, I dismiss it. Not a minute goes by then I hear, "someone in this office has a crush on someone".

I ignore it then I hear it again, "someone has a crush on someone, someone named R.J". I whisper, "lousy gossips, I'll put each of you to the sword yet!" The office clown, Jameson, came up to me and said "I know someone who has a crush on you, tall, lanky, arrogant, you".

To which I counter, "get out of here clown or you'll get verbal axe", I roared. "I knew you wouldn't believe me, but maybe you'll believe them" Jameson pointing at the handful of people standing around like policemen after a raid.

Despite the office floor being carpeted, I can hear Claire closing in like a hungry cat getting ready to pounce on a defeated mouse. "Alright, look I'm tired of this being a secret, Jameson wasn't kidding around when he told you what he did, I heard him".

Claire stopped for a minute, looked me straight in the eye and said "when people were saying that I was crushing you or crushing on you, they were telling the truth. I like you, I really like you and not surprisingly, this has to come from me".

Claire, her eyes and mine meet, we stare into each others' souls, a deep stirring was quieted by our mutual voice patterns. "Look", we both said. "You first", I said. "I want you to come home with me and to me, I want you for myself" Claire said as she was passionately tearing up a little.

"Everyone in life has their part to play no matter how sooner or later", I said as I was grabbing Claire's hand. "I would have no other", said Claire putting her hands on mine.

In the moment, our bodies came together as if magnetized. Claire lips touch mine in an effort to absorb my being into her own. The boss stops and looks at us, "what took you so long?" breaking up the momentum.

"Jazz hands", I told him as Claire was resting her head on my left shoulder while holding my hand. The crowd dispersed as if warning of a write up hung above their heads, Claire and I went to our respective desks.

My Super Mario Bros notification came on warning me of a text message, it was Claire. "I love you, be mine" her text message read. Taken back by her 4th grade behavior, I wrote her back and said "my heart is yours alone".

Not wasting time, Claire asked me "can I be your woman, and you my man?" I answered, "yes". We met for lunch, Claire and I, there was no shortage for words as we talked about our future as I felt Claire's foot slowly riding up and down my bare leg under my pant leg as she was whispering "I love you".
