Zombie siege
Zombies show up in town. Can they break through?

During the American Civil War, Southern slaveholders stormed back into Tennessee, and Yorktown, Tennessee became a strategic town. Fortunately, mayor Scherk put the defense in order and took the lead to ensure that the gates do not break.
That day, Shelk is working in the house, deputy Leoner hurried in and said: "Mayor, not good, there are zombies in the city." Scherk was unimpressed. "Why are there zombies in broad daylight? I'll come with you."
There is a legend in Yorktown that the remnants of the Crusaders, among the early European settlers, turned into zombies at night and sucked the blood out of people. It took the bishop of the local church to get rid of them, but not many people believed it.
Scherk himself patrolled the town that night. After a few blocks, there was a loud cry and a woman came running up in a panic, followed by some strange people. That strange face pale, lip corner and blood, walk a deep foot shallow, really like a zombie!
Leone freezes in fear, but Scherk takes out his pistol and aims at the zombie. When the gun goes off, the bullet hits the leader in the heart. The zombie fell to the ground. Who knows, the zombie that falls to the ground actually did not die, but climbed up again, and ran away.
There's no sign of zombies. Three people are dead in town. Scherk is suffering from a headache when Leonard comes to announce that a soldier has killed a zombie.
Scherk was overjoyed and quickly called the soldier who had done the deed and asked him what secret he used to kill the zombies. The soldier, too, was at a loss. He said it was just plain aim shooting, and there was no secret.
When Scherk heard this, he wondered why he could not kill the zombie, but the soldier could.
"It is God's will!" Suddenly, Father St. Sydney, the bishop of the local church, entered.
Saint-sini boasted that the former bishop had helped solve the problem when the zombies first appeared in the town decades ago and that he would do the same this time. It was because he used holy water to light and bless the soldiers' weapons that he could have the effect of cutting demons and removing demons.
Scheck, who never believed in ghosts, laughed and said, "I don't believe in God. There must be some reason."
Saint-Sydney said coldly, "You speak badly, and the Lord will punish you."
To combat the arrogance of Saint Sini, Shelke decided to take the initiative to the autopsy, to personally see the so-called "zombie" body.
The zombie was already lying on the dissecting table, his face distorted beyond human form, but otherwise, he looked like a normal human being.
The autopsy report came out soon after, and the medical examiner reported that there was nothing suspicious about the man's body except that he had been taking heroin, morphine, and other drugs for a long time. The cause of death was a single gunshot wound to the heart.
Why, Scherk wondered, did the other zombies die while this one was killed? It's still a mystery.
At that moment, Leonard reappeared and said, "The spies we sent into the ranks of the southern slaveholders have learned that the enemy is am plentiful with weapons and is ready for a third attack.
Scherk had already led the whole town to repel two attacks, and it sounded as if this attack was worse than the previous ones. Instead of checking the cause of death, he hurried overnight to the army garrison to warn them to prepare for battle.
When I passed the hospital hall, there was a large mirror hall, reflecting Scherk's appearance. When She saw himself in the mirror, he was shocked and did not respond for a moment.
"What's wrong?" Leo asked with concern.
She then recovered himself, shook his head no, and went on his way. But for a moment he seemed to think he had the key to the whole thing.
When Scheck came to the camp, he told the soldiers to point their guns and get ready to fight. The soldiers on duty, however, repeatedly answered that they were guilty. But Scherk saw something in the deferential look. Only then did the soldier admit that his main weapon against the zombies had been taken to the church and used up.
Scherk's eyes are black. It's not good to scream.
He hurried to the church, only to find it empty and the army's weapons gone. After questioning all the people near the church, he learned from a homeless man that a carriage had left the church twenty minutes before and that it had gone somewhere. She galloped to the gate.
Scherk arrived at the gate, as expected to find Saint Sydney with the priest under the armed, about to break out of the gate. He was so anxious that he aimed his gun at the wheel of Saint-Sydney's carriage. He was such a good shot that one shot would have put the cart out of action. Saint-siny saw him and fired.
She fell, and the bullet grazed his scalp, but his shot missed and hit the wall. When they got up again, Saint-Sydney and others had forced the door out. Scherk did not care about anything and went after him single-handed.
Saint-Sydney was carrying more weapons, but fewer men. After a fierce battle, the two priests and the groom have been killed, Saint Sini also ignores the shot delay, and can only sit in the groom's position, during the crazy escape. Not more than a few kilometers, but was cut off by the cut-off Leonard blocked the way.
Saint-Sydney had to get out of the car and surrender: "I only took the weapon to the front of the holy lake light, you are moving what anger."
Scherk smiled faintly. "I have seen through your scheme, and you are stubborn. You're a spy for the Southern slave-owning army, and you've infiltrated my town in disguise. These are people who have been on drugs for a long time and are naturally acting like zombies. You are making waves just to disrupt our defenses."
"If it's a man in disguise, why can't he be killed?" asked Saint-Cini.
"This is where medicine comes in," Scherk said. The average person's heart is on the left, while some people's hearts are on the right. These people are called mirror people. You have specially chosen "mirror men" in the army and wear simple bulletproof clothing to give the illusion that zombies can't be killed. We still hit the left side, as usual, naturally believing it. But you have a limited number of mirror people, so you have to send some ordinary people, such as the dead 'zombie'. So you pretend to kill the zombies because of your magic power, to steal military equipment, good luck out of the city to the enemy."
Saint-Sini's eyes froze. "It's a pity you missed the third trick, to get the chief of defense out of the city."
Scherk was surprised to see that Leo had turned his gun and aimed it at him.
"Are you a spy too?" Scherk asked despairingly, but the merciless bullet had already passed through the left side of his chest and he fell to the ground.
Leonard sneered: "Pity you know too late." "That was a close call," said Saint-Cini with a bad smile. "It cost three of his men, but it solved the biggest problem."
Two people packed up, and are ready to escort the city of ordnance on the road again. Scherk suddenly stood up, and before Leo could react, he was shot dead.
Saint-Sydney was shocked. "Are you all right?" Scheck laughed. "Almost. You have also missed one thing. I am also a mirror person, with my heart on the right side."
St. Sydney was captured, Scherk defended Yorktown and later won a military medal for defeating the army of Southern slaveholders in a counterattack. There will be no more zombies in Yorktown.
