There will never be a day where Yuzuko would not regret cheating on her late husband. Her grandfather was the golden goose of modern AI and robotic welfare. Her indiscreet moments in alleyways had destroyed not only her beloved grandfather but everyone in Japan.

Yuzuko visiting Hiroki’s grave was an act of accountability. She never got the chance to apologise to him. She had a thousand apologies to give him in the afterlife. With hands over her face, she bowed by his tombstone, weeping. Those tears would never reach him.

She hoped one day she would feel the world's forgiveness.
