Winter Vacation Fun

It was winter break and my mom was on annual leave. My parents said we were going to drive to Guilin for fun, and we took a day off and came to the King Jingjiang Mansion - Duxiufeng King City Scenic Area, which is the royal residence of Zhu Shouqian, the nephew of Ming Taizu Zhu Yuanzhang.

There are Chengyuan Hall and National School Room in the royal residence. The buildings of the royal residence are all red walls and green tiles, and there are eleven generations of Jingjiang kings here, with fourteen successive kings and a history of more than two hundred and seventy years.

The Chengyuan Hall is a tall and magnificent place where the king burned incense, and the National Academy Room is where the king read his books. There is a dragon vein in Duxiu Peak, and there are cliff carvings of the "Five Blessings", the 60 tails, and poems written by poets. I first put a piece of rice paper on the stone slab, and then used dye to put the word "fortune" on the paper, and finally wrote my name on the paper and I was done. From the dragon veins out, we visited the ancient examinations of the tribute courtyard, we watched a performance, and then the guide said that in a moment to experience the ancient examination, our test paper is very simple, a moment to write, I heard the guide said that they have to sit in a hut for several hours, and only one of these people is the first prize, I must study hard to see if I can cross back to the first prize. Finally, we climbed the mountain, Duxiu Peak is the first seal of Guilin, "Guilin landscapes a world" this ancient famous sentence is from here.

Elephant Trunk Hill is a mountain that resembles an elephant. Elephant Trunk Hill also has an identity that it is the emblem of Guilin city, and there are more than 50 pieces of cliff carvings left in the Water Moon Cave between the elephant trunk and the elephant body. The cave is named Water Moon Cave because the reflection of the cave and the water is like a moon, one sinking under the water and the other floating on the water's surface. The most beautiful time in the cave is the night when the moon is in the sky, which is the Mid-Autumn Festival. The moon is not in the water, but the water is still flowing when the moon is gone".

In the evening, we went on a night tour of the two rivers and four lakes on a boat with lights. The two rivers refer to Li River and Taohua River, and the four lakes refer to the water system around the city formed by Rong Lake, Fir Lake, Gui Lake, and Mulong Lake. There were many lanterns along the way, all provided by various cities in Guilin. I liked the Crystal Bridge, but the boat didn't stop, so I couldn't get on the bridge, and no more than 30 people could get on the bridge. After our boat tour of the two rivers and four lakes, I had to go home reluctantly, and when I left, I thought I had to walk the Crystal Bridge once!

I woke up early and my mom said I wanted to take a bamboo raft ride to see the Guilin landscape and the background pattern of the 20 Yuan RMB. We went to buy tickets first and then queued up to take the sightseeing bus. It was very cold and when we got off the sightseeing bus, our bamboo raft drove into the river and it was already like a big pot of bamboo raft dumplings. I was very happy to finish the raft ride and then take the sightseeing bus back.

In the evening, when we returned to the hotel, we set off cannons, including a small frog, a sword, a drop cannon, a match cannon, and a firework. After the fireworks, we went back to the hotel and went to bed at night dreaming about the fireworks!

In the evening we watched a show called Liu San Jie, this is a non-speaking show, mom said Liu San Jie sings very well, so there will be a lot of folk songs in the show, I like the fishermen's show, and so on dark, after a while, the lights suddenly opened, a red cloth appeared in front of people, people have issued a sound of admiration, the show is wonderful, their folk songs are also very good, you also come to see it!

World Wide Peachland is a national 4A scenic spot, located in Yangshuo, folk customs, very beautiful, Tao Yuanming also wrote a special "Peach Blossom Source"! On the boat ride, I saw the swallow mountain, the pen frame mountain, the swallow cave, etc., get off the boat, came to the Zhuang village gate, into the village to drink a cup of rice wine, that wine fragrant, sweet, let people drink and want to drink, because not on the head, adults and children can drink, and then we walked together holding hands across the wind and rain bridge, there is a lot of fun, you also come!

Today we went rafting in the Encounter Dragon River, Encounter Dragon River, also known as the "Little Li River," where primitive, natural, and simple, the water is clear to the bottom, in the bamboo raft one can see the water plants and fish. When rafting, there are some slopes to go down, very fun, I was very happy.

We came to the Yuelu Mountain in Changsha, which has attractions such as Ai Evening Pavilion and Yuelu Academy. Yuelu Mountain has beautiful scenery and pleasant views and is located in Yuelu District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, and is the last of the 72 peaks of Nan Yue Heng Mountain, one of the four major maple viewing spots in China, where there is a youth statue of Chairman Mao. Finally, we came to Hunan Provincial Museum, there are 3 floors in total, I like Mawangdui Tomb, it is on the 3rd floor, it is the tomb of Lady Xinchu, her husband and son, now, let me introduce her, Lady Xinchu enjoyed great wealth in the world during her life, and lived in the underground palace after her death, her tomb room is big, it is 12 floors, and there is a big outer coffin, there are many burial goods inside, one of the sarongs is The treasure of the town, it can be stacked up to fit into a matchbox, stacked 6 layers can read the words on the newspaper, and weighs the most less than 50 grams.

Tomorrow we are going back to Linfen, I am so happy because I can see my family now, I can't wait to share with them what I have seen and heard in the past few days.
