If you were the teacher in this classroom, what would you be teaching? This seems to be a classroom in a poor nation, and if I were teaching, I believe that I would be teaching a Basic English as a second language course for various students that could be interested in moving to the United States of need to learn English for a new position of some kind. On the blackboard behind the desk, I would probably write on the board with words of introduction and pronunciation keys and do some oral exercises using those words as a first lesson.

Once upon a time....
Once upon a time in a classroom almost like this one there sat a teddy bear on the windowsill. This teddy was owned by a little boy that was brought in for show and tell. He shared the teddy bear's name with the class for the bear helped him with his reading. The little boy liked to read to the bear. The little boy left the bear for use for another day and share with his friends. The little when passing the school that late afternoon he told the bear be good and sleep tight. See you tomorrow, Teddy Bear.

Well-wrought! I don't know if I would be a very good classroom teacher of small children, as my mind has strayed too deep and far to remain tethered to their understandable needs.
We will do something suggested by each student each time. The class of favourite things to do 😊
I would teach them art like Neuro Art or Zentangle, Touch Drawing. 😊🙏😊
I like how you've taken the image and created something from it. Much like Lightning Bolt, I'd probably want to teach something that isn't already taught at school! But, I think it would be a poor indicator of any education board if I got hired to teach young minds! (Joke, but kinda true!)
