The silence drops and everyone is staring
Trying to think of what to say but when you think everything is drowned out by the silence
There are no words that can be said
Without sounding mundane borderline broken record I mean feelin insane
Never getting answers to the frequently asked questions
Got me questioning myself
To avoid makin a scene.. I duck away, hoping that I wasn’t seen
You’d swear we were drowning the way everyone is holding their breath just to see what you are gonna say next
