The nuclear bombs over Moscow and St. Petersburg suggested that the war was over. In fact, it solidified it. The going back and forth with missiles and small arms fire ceased as the world stood stunned at the fact that the bombs had been dropped on the legendary cities.

Heads of state all tried to flee but the flames vanquished them. The mushroom clouds over Russia represented the last stake in the chest to their bloody regime.

Of course civilians perished but their deaths resulted because of their corrupt government. The remaining person in power signed a Constitution with speed.
