Turtle Melons look just like Watermelons! They tend to breed and camouflage in Melon Farms.

If you mistake a Turtle Melon for a Watermelon... You may be pained to find Turtle Melon seeds, shot at your eye. They typically do just enough damage to disorient though more damage has been reported frequently enough to be a fair concern.

Turtle Melons have incredible memory and fascinating community skills! For example; If you harm one, they will form in a tiny army and target your eyes. They have been known to destroy eye-balls entirely, in these cases, with their projectile seeds. If fully angry, they will proceed to rip open stomachs and hide in the gore so they can target anyone close to their enemy as well when that individual inspects the body. They are highly intelligent and rather violent when provoked.

However, if you don't harm them or one of their own, they will likely cuddle you and give you actual Watermelon plants. They are outstanding at tending to farms and in exchange for protection and food; water crisps. They will tend to your farm in your absence, even if you do not request it. So try not to invite others to the farm in your absence for the safety of the Turtle Melons and that person or person(s) eyes.
