Traces of Love Behind The Fog

In a small village called Sukamaju, thick fog often envelops every corner at dawn. The village is known for its beautiful natural charm and friendly citizens. Behind the beauty, however, hides a love story full of mystery, the story of two hearts bound by fate and the fog that envelops their past.

Alisa, a simple and passionate village girl, lives with her grandmother, Nyai Siti, in an old house on the edge of the village. Alisa's life is full of simplicity, but her heart is always filled with the desire to find answers to the loss of her parents when she was little. They mysteriously disappeared while going in search of firewood in the forest near the village one foggy morning. Since then, Alisa and her grandmother have always lived in the shadow of sadness and uncertainty.

Every morning, Alisa walks into the forest to collect firewood, as her parents used to do. Within that forest, he felt an invisible presence, as if something was watching his every step. One morning, when the fog was so thick that the view was only a few steps away, Alisa found a strange footprint on the ground. The trail looks fresh, as if it had just been created.

Curiosity overcame his fear. He followed the footprints, going deeper and deeper into the increasingly dark and mysterious forest. After a while of walking, he arrived at a small cave hidden behind dense bushes. In front of the cave, he saw a young man who was sitting with a face full of wounds and fatigue.

"Who are you? And why are you here?"asked Alisa in a trembling voice.

The man looked up and smiled weakly. "My Name Is Arjuna. I'm lost in this forest. I've been looking for a way out for days, but this fog seems to trap me here."

Alisa felt deep sympathy for Arjuna. He decided to help her. "Come, come with me. I'll take you to the village. We can figure out how you got lost here."

Along the way back to the village, Alisa and Arjuna share stories with each other. Arjuna claimed that he came from a big city to look for traces of his ancestors who he said came from this village. He felt that something was missing in his life, and his search led him to this forest.

Arriving in the village, Nyai Siti received Arjuna warmly. He took care of Arjuna's wounds and gave him food. As time went on, Arjuna began to feel familiar with Alisa and her grandmother. They often talk about life, dreams and hopes. However, whenever they talk about Alisa's missing parents, Arjuna always shows strange signs of anxiety.

One night, when a thick fog enveloped the village, Alisa woke up to a strange noise from outside the House. Cautiously, he went out and saw Arjuna walking towards the forest with quick steps. Without thinking, Alisa followed him. In the thick fog, Alisa sees Arjuna standing in front of the same cave where they first met.

"Arjuna, what are you doing here?"asked Alisa in a choked voice.

Arjuna turned around with eyes full of guilt. "Alisa, I have to tell you something. All this time, I've been hiding the truth. Your parents didn't disappear naturally. They are hidden by my family for reasons that I myself do not understand."

Alice's tears began to flow. "What do you mean? Why would your family do that?"

Arjuna explains that his family is descended from the Guardians of ancient secrets associated with the mysterious forests and Mists of this village. Alisa's parents discover the secret, and in order to protect them from the forces that want to take advantage of the secret, they are hidden in a cave.

"I came to this village not only to seek my ancestors, but to atone for my family's mistakes and set your parents free," Arjuna said in a voice full of regret.

With great determination, Alisa and Arjuna entered the cave. In it, they found dark and winding passages, but in the end they came to a small room hidden behind a large stone. There, they find Alisa's parents who are still alive but weak.

Tears of happiness ran down Alisa's face as she hugged her parents. "I've been waiting for this moment for a long time. Thank you, Arjuna."

With Arjuna's help, Alisa and her family return to the village. The fog slowly disappeared, as if the secret hidden behind it had been revealed. Sukamaju village is again filled with happiness and peace.

Alisa and Arjuna not only find love, but also unravel the mystery that has enveloped their lives. They both promise to keep the forest secret and protect the village from any threats.
