An entrepreneur launches an initiative to curb mass shootings.
He set up a 501 (c) (3). Its mission was to help repair individuals most affected by gun violence, especially mass shootings, in the state of Delaware.
Keenan Wright knew better than to just jump in the so-called nonprofit arena without doing his homework. He studied the stats and found the state racked up more mass shootings than any other state in the last fifty years.
This alarming data moved him to action. He wanted more guns in the hands of responsible citizens and out of those who wished to start force. As a black businessman he strove for excellence.
