By Prisha MakamPublished 2 years ago 2 min read

My name is May, te the month where everyone is happiest and sunniest in the year. Now, sit down with a mug of coco, socks and relax, listening to time travel experiance . It was a day in the fields, the crispy, cooked autum leaves which had freshly fallen of crunched along with the rhythm of the wind and played a melodious tune, out of the most natural fibres from nature. The emerald meadows carpeted the word, with its lush, nourished, like an expensive carpet made of emerald, gifted to rich owners of buissnesses. The puffy clouds, compact with microscopic rain drops, were reflected in the infanat, tranquil body of water.

I took a moment to embrace this majestic blessing of standing in the middle of vast fields. I opeaned my eyes and found myself in a kingdom, a kingdom of prosperty and high tech. Standing in front of me, was a building one which seemed to be an apartment. I sighted floating pilars and window of all sorts of diamonds and jewels. I walked in to find a receptionist floating around the hall, and grasped onto her was a belt, which seemed to be helping her float.

“ Oh you poor dear, you look nothing like golden monmument coded in jewels but honestly you should, anyway before I discover any more shocking facts I will get you room 13. “ Stated the receptionast. My face explained I was confused and taken aback. Had I really travelled into the future? I was a question only the future could answer. My room was trashed. Downstairs, everything looked flawless and so clean but this was a dump in comparisn. Spiders accomaidated each and every corner of the room, with webs stitched across them.

I used the restroom to wash my face and hands since the minute I entered dust covered my body. I stood there at the tap, not knowing what to do. “ Oh hi, I am Enid, um do you not know how to use these gadgets I could surely be of service. “ She questioned.

“ Yes that would be lovely thanks.” I replied back. She pointed to a little screen, and scanned her finger print as soap poured all out. ” Oh do you not have one of those, you need to ask the receptionast for one, you see we have out privat soap dispenters. “ Stated Enid . I was to tired to do all that booking in so I washed up clean with plain water. I felt like I was the odd one out, here everyone knows so much when I know so little. At my room, I saw delivered was a plate of waffles, topped of with whip cream and cherries.

Fruits wrote in a pattern’Welcome’. I ate to my hearts content and fell asleep on my white matress. No black light was even needed to show it was stained . Once I opeaned my eyes I was in my bedroom, once again with my mums voice echoing downstairs. Was this a dream? We could only guess…
