Time Travel Story

Is it really exist?

By Sha AyeimanPublished 3 years ago 4 min read

Lily was skirting down the road one day. It was a winter time of the year, and there was around one inch of snow on the ground. Lily was wearing her warmest coat. Her fluffy boots went up upon her knees, and she was wearing her thickest pair of pants. Lily had streaming, dark brown colored hair and dazzling green eyes. Lily's closest companion, Kate, abruptly came skipping up to catch her pace. Kate had on a purple coat and polka dots boots. She had orange hair and dim blue eyes.

"Hi!" Kate said. "Want to come to my house?" However Lily didn't hear her. She was excessively occupied gazing at a silver, sparkling cube shape caught in a bush. Kate glanced over to see what Lily was gazing at. "What's that?" Kate inquired. "I don't have any idea." Lily said, with a befuddled look on her face. Lily strolled over to the mysterious cube shape. She picked it up.

Lily was out of nowhere loaded up with excitement and interest. There was a major, red button on the top of the cube shape. Kate went to see what Lily was so inquisitive about. "What's that? It looks cool!" Kate said. "Press the button!" Lily pressed the button. The cube shape bounced out of Lily's hand and transformed into a human-sized square shape. "Woah." Lily said in astonishment. In large, purple letters read 'The Travel Machine'. Under the letters there was an entryway. Lily opened the door, however, Kate hustled in before Lily could make one stride inside. "Wow! It's awesome!" Kate shouted as Lily strolled in after Kate. There was a keyboard, and on top of the keyboard there was a little screen that read "United States of America".

Kate typed in 'Mexico'. "Stop!" Lily said, however it was past the point of no return. Kate had already pushed the enter key. Lily and Kate were flown around in that box for around two minutes. Scratched and bruised, Lily and Kate at last got to their feet. They were feeling light-headed to such an extent that they didn't actually see that they were not in The Travel Machine any longer. At the point when the tipsiness had worn off and their vision had come into concentrate once more, Lily realized that the gleaming, silver cube shape was in her grasp again. Lily stuffed the cube shape in her pocket.

Kate tapped Lily on the shoulder. '"Look." Kate murmured, pointing at each individuals around them. They were all communicating in Spanish. Lily just knew one expression of Spanish: 'Hola' and that was all there was to it. Kate didn't have a clue about any word of Spanish. Lily and Kate began walking around, and Lily was saying 'Hola' to strangers every now and then, searching for a privet spot to make The Travel Machine big once again so they could return home. They at long last found an abandoned rear entryway. Be that as it may, when Lily ventured into her pocket, anticipating a silver, shiny cube shape, she was unable to feel anything but a hole in her jean pocket.

"Goodness!" Lily said wildly. "What's wrong?" Kate said in a confounded sort of way. "The cube shape! It's gone, what's more, there's a hole in my jeans pocket!" Lily expressed, searching around for the cube shape. Somewhere off to the side, Kate saw a young girl, in all likelihood 7 to 8 years of age, getting the silver cube shape. Kate ran over to the young girl, and Lily followed. Kate began pulling the cube square out of the little girl hands. "This is ours!" Kate said, yet the young lady clearly didn't understand English. The young girl began pulling harder.

After about a moment, Kate at last gave up. Kate let go of the cube shape and the young girl ran out of sight. Kate was too exhausted to run and paused to rest, so Lily ran after the young girl. After a while Kate sped past Lily. The young girl went around a corner, with Kate still run after her. Kate at last drew near to the point of snatching the cube shape out of the young girl's hands. As Kate took off, the young girl gave her an irate look. Kate ran back to Lily, and what had been a stressed look on her face quickly transformed into a wide grin as soon as she saw the cube shape. Without a second thought, Lily and Kate ran back to the abandoned back street.

Kate pushed the big, red button on the shape. The shape bounced out of Kate's hands and transformed into a human-sized cube shape once again. Lily and Kate strolled inside. Lily typed in 'United States of America' and Lily and Kate were flown everywhere in the box. When they were out of The Travel Machine, the two of them rushed back to their home. Lily heard Kate say "We should go to Asia tomorrow!" as she was about to leave. At the point when Lily returned home, she ran up the stairs and into her room. She hid the cube shape under her bed and went back downstairs. Her mom was preparing supper. "Where were you?" Her mom said. 'I was at... Kate's house." Lily answered. Her mom gave her a dubious look, and afterward returned to chopping up onions.

Lily took a seat at the dining table, thinking where she would go tomorrow.
