The Witch’s Bargain
I will live with you as a witch for 12 hours… and

Once upon a time… a man was sentenced to death. No one really knew what his crime was. Maybe he spoke truth in front of powerful people, or maybe he just hurt someone’s ego. Whatever it was, his life was near end and he had no hope left.
But… just when he was brought to the gallows, the king of the time—who used to think of himself as the "symbol of justice" suddenly showed mercy. He said,
I’ll forgive you… but on one condition. You have to give me the correct answer of one question.
The prisoner, who was already counting his last breaths, quickly replied,
Ask me, your majesty! If I know the answer, I’ll give it my life is already in your hands.
The king narrowed his eyes, pressed his lips, and said:
“Tell me… what does a woman really want?”
The whole court went silent. Some people smiled weirdly, others looked down in shame. The prisoner’s face turned pale. That question was no joke. Facing death was easier than this question.
He humbly said, “If you give me some time… maybe I can find the answer somewhere.”
The king smiled, Let’s make this more fun.
“I give you one year. If in that year you find the right answer, your life will be spared. If not… then you know the result.”
And just like that, the prisoner was released. Not just with hope to save his life, but with a mission—maybe the hardest question in the world.
The Journey to Find: What Woman Wants?
That prisoner spent whole year like a wandering philosopher. He went from village to village, city to city, meeting wise men, scholars, saints, priests, monks, professors, even random old people on roads. Everyone had an answer but no two answers were same.
One said, “Woman wants money.”
Another said, “Respect.”
A third said, “Love.”
One said, “Children.”
Someone even gave deep answer, “Even woman herself don’t know what she really wants.”
After hearing that, the man literally hit his head to a wall in frustration. And just when time was almost over, one old fakir gave him a strange advice:
“Far away, in a lonely forest, there lives a witch. People say she’s ugly and scary… but also it’s said that she knows answer to every question. If you really wanna know what woman wants, go to that witch.”
The Witch’s Deal
With heavy heart but hopeful mind, the man started walking toward the jungle. After many days, he finally reached a small hut in middle of the trees.
And there she was…
Exactly how people described her—crooked teeth, wrinkled face red eyes, and creepy laugh.
In shaking voice, he asked his question.
The witch looked deep into his eyes, smiled in weird way and said:
I can give you the answer… but there’s one condition.
“What condition?” the man asked, already half scared.
“You have to marry me.”
He froze. “Marry? You?”
His heart screamed NOOO, but his mouth stayed shut. Then he thought like every helpless man thinks if I don’t get the answer, I’m gonna die anyway. So maybe better to take a chance.
He agreed.
The Witch’s Offer
After marriage, the witch spoke softly,
“You accepted my condition… so now I want to make you happy.”
“What do you mean?” he asked.
I will live with you as witch for 12 hours… and as beautiful fairy for 12 hours. Now you decide should I be fairy in day or in night?
The man got totally confused.
If she’s witch in day, everyone will laugh at me. And if she’s witch at night… I won’t be able to sleep from fear.
After thinking a lot, he finally said:
“Be whatever you want… be fairy when you feel like, be witch when you feel like. I leave the choice to you.”
Hearing this, the witch’s eyes got watery. For first time, someone gave her the freedom to choose her own way.
She smiled, and said:
“Because you gave me the freedom of my will… from now on, I will always stay a fairy.”
The Answer to the King’s Question
The man stood silent. Looking at the witch… who now was a fairy.
She softly said:
“The answer to the king’s question is this—a woman wants her own will. That’s all. If you let a woman live by her own choice, she becomes a fairy. If you force her, control her, stop her… she becomes a witch.”
As soon as he heard that, it felt like a mountain lifted from his chest. He ran to the king and gave the answer.
The king closed his eyes for a moment… and then smiled and announced:
“This is the truth. You are free to go!”
The End... or Maybe Not
But the story don’t really end here.
The man was free now—but now he knew one of life’s biggest secrets. A woman don’t only want love, money or respect. She wants freedom. Her own wish. Her own space. Her own identity.
So if you want a fairy in your life— Don’t force her to become a witch.
Because in the end, it’s your choice too:
You wanna live your life with a fairy… or with a witch? 💕
