The Sound of an Eye
A man finds a way to stop the noise
Gathered around the patient, the doctors saw him blink. His brown eyes emitted a noise that created a din.
The room lacked acoustic apparatuses so the sound became jarring. He laid on the table and the screeching sounded like a screeching radio. It roared.
It kept ringing around as the medical professionals all took notes and monitored the man’s vitals. They took extra care in understanding his psychological status. The computers all showed he remained stable. His mind still functioned.
The man blocked his ears. He was forever blinded in one eye. The sound continued in the other eye only.

Once upon a time, an ant was passing along a path to collect grains of barley when suddenly her eyes fell upon a beehive. The sweet fragrance of honey made her mouth water. The hive was attached to a rock. The ant tried repeatedly to climb the rocky surface to reach the hive, but she failed again and again because her feet kept slipping and she fell every time.
