The Revolution Will Not Be Ostracized
Drabble or Be Drabbled
The revolution...
...will not be standing at the back of the hall holding up the wall because it is safer that way.
The revolution...
...will have time to consider how everyone is staring at it as it raises its voice and demands to be heard.
The revolution...
...will have a shakey voice, too much cold sweat down its back, too much hot sweat pouring down its face...but it will try to speak.
The revolution...
...will ignore the eyerolls, yawns, boos, hissing and hard-found attention.
The revolution...
...will learn to accept being accepted by them after being ignored by the ignorant.
