It was a beautiful summer day when the family moved into their new home. The house was old, but had plenty of space and charm. There were large windows that let in plenty of light, and a big backyard where the children could play. But there was one thing in the house that was not quite right - a doll.

The doll was sitting on a shelf in the living room when the family moved in. It was an old-fashioned doll with curly hair and a pretty dress, but there was something unsettling about it. The doll seemed to stare at the family with its glassy eyes, and whenever anyone walked past it, they felt as though it was following them.

At first, the family tried to ignore the doll. They put it in a corner and tried to forget about it. But soon, strange things began to happen in the house.
