The man in the mirror is laughing. Trying my best to ignore him, I tighten my tie and fix the hairs that are out of place. The laughing grows louder.

I really don't have time for this. I rub my temple and whisper, "I'm in control."

"You couldn't control a car, let alone me," cackled the laughing man.

I punch the glass, and delicious silence follows. I walk back into the court room feeling refreshed.

The judge looks at me with disgust and asks, "Am I speaking with the laughing man or Jackson?"

I give him a smile and laugh.
