Tragedy struck when his father, Anthony, embarked on a mission to explore a celestial element that had fallen from space - the Hyperock. The element's explosive reaction annihilated the team, leaving Eddie an orphan. His mother, Rebecca, met a tragic end in a car accident years later, sealing his fate as an orphan and setting him on a path of self-reliance.

Eddie's scientific prowess didn't go unnoticed. Recognizing his potential, the owner of his former family home sent him to a prestigious school for gifted scientists. Eddie excelled, returning to Vortex Laboratory, where he met an old friend of his father's who became his mentor.

As the head of the research department, Eddie stumbled upon his father's research on the Hyperock. A profound discovery awaited him - the Hyperock was no ordinary substance; it held limitless energy and incredible power. However, it was equally dangerous, and Eddie advocated for its destruction.

The Foundation Researchers (FR), driven by their own motives, disregarded his warnings and ordered him to stabilize it. Despite his best efforts, the Hyperock's volatility proved insurmountable. They decided to transport it to a more secure facility by air, oblivious to the impending disaster.

Eddie's forewarnings were vindicated when the Hyperock reacted with those aboard the aircraft, mutating them into Hyper Humans. However, little did Eddie know that the Hyperock had already imprinted its energy upon him during his years of research, leaving him fundamentally changed.

Two years later, Eddie's own latent powers awakened. He discovered the ability to open and manipulate portals, marking the birth of Doctor Nytro. Driven by a desire to master his newfound abilities, he embarked on rigorous training.

His first significant battle came during "The Hyper Legacy" against the formidable Hyper Droid. This encounter not only solidified his place as a hero but also planted the seeds for the formation of The Impossibles.

The team expanded with the arrival of Dominic, known as Black Scera, a detective whose case led him into the path of the Storms and compelled him to join The Impossibles. Aquatic, banished from his rightful kingdom on Neptune, sought redemption and purpose among the heroes.

In the course of time, more heroes rallied to their cause. Yellow Wizard became a regular member, and Living Force, dedicated and unyielding, secured a permanent place within the team.

While many joined and contributed to the team's history, others like Sparkle, Whiz, Green Sage, and Mr. Impossible embarked on shorter journeys with The Impossibles, each leaving their unique imprint.
