The two politicians stood on stage, each trying to outdo the other with their rhetoric and grandiose promises. The crowd was restless, waiting for a sign of substance. "I will lower taxes for the middle class," the first politician proclaimed. "That's ridiculous," the second retorted. "I will lower taxes for everyone, even the rich!"

The audience erupted into applause, as if they had witnessed a stroke of genius. But as the debate continued, it became clear that neither politician had any real solutions. "We will make America great again," they both chorused, their faces solemn with conviction.

As the debate ended, the crowd dispersed, satisfied with the spectacle they had witnessed. But as they left, a lone figure stood in the back, shaking his head in disgust. "We're all doomed," he muttered, as he walked away.
