The Great Chicken Escape

Rajib had one job—watch over his grandmother’s prized chicken, Birbal. But Rajib, being Rajib, got distracted by his phone, scrolling through memes while Birbal plotted his grand escape.

The moment Rajib turned his head, Birbal made a dash for freedom, flapping his wings like a budget superhero. The chicken ran straight through the open gate, leaving Rajib screaming in horror, “GRANDMA’S GONNA KILL ME!”

Chasing Birbal down the street was like trying to catch a feathered tornado. He dodged bicycles, slipped under fruit carts, and even managed to start a street chase, with a group of kids, a dog, and an old uncle with a stick joining the pursuit.

Birbal, being the mastermind he was, ran straight into the local vegetable market. Chaos erupted. Tomatoes flew, onions rolled, and one poor vendor got slapped by a rogue fish. Meanwhile, Birbal, the escape artist, jumped onto a pile of cabbages, staring Rajib dead in the eyes like, "You thought you could catch me?"

Just as Rajib lunged, Birbal flapped his wings and landed—right on his grandmother’s shoulder! She gave Rajib a glare that sent shivers down his spine. “So... you lost my chicken?” she asked, voice colder than the freezer.

Rajib, panting and covered in mashed tomatoes, could only nod. Grandma smirked. “Good. Now YOU get to sleep in the coop tonight.”

And that’s how Rajib spent the night in the chicken coop, listening to Birbal cluck smugly in victory.
