The Four Bloodlines
Bound by Power, Divided by fate

Chapter 1: The Outcasts
In the hidden corners of London’s magical underworld, four powerful bloodlines stood divided by secrets, curses, and ancient rivalries. From these families came four children — each burdened by a life they never chose.
Piero, the boy with fire in his blood, was raised by the Blackthorn family of werewolf hunters. Ironically, he bore the very curse they despised. Locked away during full moons and beaten for his uncontrollable nature, Piero lived in fear of himself and his “disgrace.”
Velvet, born into the Nightshade coven, was the daughter of a feared enchantress. Her beauty was haunting, and her mind was sharper than any spell. Yet she was never loved — only used as a pawn for power and alliances. Her emotions were bound by an icy mask of control.
James, came from the noble vampire family, the Crimson Fang. Yet he was born without fangs — a “defect,” as his pureblood family called it. He was shunned, humiliated, and treated as a servant in his own home. Still, James held deep knowledge of dark arts and survival.
Jessica was the daughter of mortal-born witches, the Holloways, rejected by both humans and magical society. She was often alone, reading ancient books and talking to spirits. Her connection to the spirit realm scared everyone — even her parents.
Each of them had the same dream — a burning letter floating in darkness, whispering their names, calling them to Moonfall Academy, a mysterious school of witches, wizards, creatures, and outcasts.
When morning came, a real letter lay before each of them. The seal bore a silver moon wrapped in shadows.
"You have been Chosen. The time has come."
And just like that, their old lives began to crumble. A portal would open at dusk. The school — hidden beyond time — awaited.
Chapter 2: Arrival at Moonfall Academy
As the sun dipped beneath the horizon, each of the four stood alone — but strangely connected — before a glowing portal. When they stepped through, the world twisted. Cold winds howled. Shadows whispered. And in a flash, they landed at the gates of Moonfall Academy.
It was an ancient castle floating above a black lake, lit only by blue flames and silver moons. Gargoyles moved. Staircases shifted. Students flew on brooms, and the air crackled with enchantment.
They were greeted by Headmistress Elira Vayne, a powerful witch cloaked in stardust. Her eyes glowed like galaxies.
“Welcome, children of the broken bloodlines,” she said. “Your pain brought you here — but your power will keep you alive.”
They were led to the Hall of Elements, where students were sorted by affinity. As the orb hovered above each of them, it sparked violently.
- Piero was fire — unstable, wild, feared.
- Velvet was ice — cold, precise, dangerous.
- James was shadow — deep, secretive, unpredictable.
- Jessica was spirit — unheard of, rare, powerful.
The hall fell into silence. No four had ever been chosen by such rare elements at once. Whispers began:
“Are they cursed?”
“Is this a prophecy?''
“Why now?”
They were assigned to the same tower — *The Tower of the Four Moons* — meant for those the academy couldn't categorize. Misfits. Wildcards.
Though they barely spoke that night, something shifted. Their pain — once separate — now seemed to mirror each other's. For the first time in their lives, they weren’t completely alone.
And deep within the school’s hidden chambers, an ancient prophecy stirred...
Chapter 3: The Bond of Blood and Shadows
The days at *Moonfall Academy* moved fast, but not quietly.
From their very first lessons, *Piero*, *Velvet*, *James*, and *Jessica* stood out. They weren’t just powerful — they were unpredictable.
*Piero’s fire* could melt enchanted steel.
*Velvet’s ice* froze time for seconds.
James’s shadow could hide even his thoughts from the mind-readers.
Jessica’s spirit could hear the cries of the past... and sometimes, the future.
Professors watched them closely. Students kept their distance. But the four of them? They began to open up.
They trained together, ate together, argued, laughed — and for the first time, trusted someone.
One cold evening, while exploring a forbidden wing of the library, Jessica found a hidden book that trembled in her hands. Its title glowed:
“The Blood-Bound Four: When Fire, Ice, Shadow, and Spirit Rise, So Shall the Ancient One.”
“What the hell is this?” Piero asked, frowning.
James ran his fingers over the pages. “It’s about us.”
The book spoke of *four broken souls* from cursed bloodlines who would reunite magic once torn apart by war. It also warned of *The Ancient One*, a being locked beneath the school who would return if the four unlocked their full powers — together.
Velvet’s voice trembled. “What if this is why we’re here? Not to learn… but to wake something?”
Later that night, they each had the same dream.
The lake turned to blood.
The moons cracked.
And a voice whispered,
‘‘One of you will betray the others.”
When they woke up, the bond between them felt deeper… but the fear of that prophecy had just begun.
Chapter 4: The Prophecy Unfolds
The days after the shared dream were tense. The bond between Piero, James, Velvet, and Jessica was strong—but now, cracked by doubt.
Each of them wondered silently:
Who would betray the others?
They tried to ignore it, bury it with more training, more laughter—but the fear lingered.
Then one night, during a midnight duel session in the Shadow Arena, something went wrong. James lost control of his shadows. The room darkened unnaturally. Whispers slithered across the walls.
Suddenly, Velvet collapsed—unconscious, frozen in place. Jessica screamed. Piero’s flames flared defensively.
And in the center of it all… James stood still, eyes glowing pitch black.
A voice that wasn’t his echoed from his throat:
‘‘The Ancient One... rises."
Jessica acted fast, chanting a forbidden spell from the blood-bound book. Piero fought the shadows surrounding James, trying not to hurt his friend. Velvet’s body started to glow faintly—her ice, reacting to the darkness.
But then… James broke free.
Falling to his knees, he gasped, “It wasn’t me… It used me…”
They finally understood:
The betrayal wasn’t by one of them—it was through one of them.
The Ancient One, sealed centuries ago, had found a crack in James’s broken past and used it to reach through. But their bond, their friendship, had held him back—just enough.
They had a choice: leave the school and run… or stay, and learn how to finish what their ancestors started.
They stayed.
From that day on, they weren’t just four gifted students.
They were a legend in the making.
Bound by power.
Scarred by fate.
But stronger… together.
The End.
