By BALAMURUGAN MPublished 3 years ago 3 min read

The beach house had always been a source of joy for the Hargreave family. It had been in their family for generations and had seen them through many happy summers spent by the sea. But one summer, things began to take a dark turn.

The family had always known that the beach house was haunted. They had heard the stories of the ghostly figures that would sometimes appear in the night, or the strange sounds that would echo through the halls. But they had never felt afraid, until the night that Chandraleka appeared.

It was a warm evening, and the family had gathered on the porch to watch the sunset over the ocean. As the sky turned pink and gold, they heard a rustling in the bushes. At first, they assumed it was just an animal, but then they saw a figure emerge from the shadows.

It was a woman, dressed in black. Her hair was long and dark, and her eyes shone with an otherworldly light. She walked towards them, her movements slow and deliberate.

"Who are you?" Mr. Hargreave asked, trying to keep his voice steady.

The woman didn't answer, but instead continued to approach them. As she drew closer, they could see that her skin was almost translucent, and that she seemed to be glowing from within.

Suddenly, the woman spoke. "I am Chandraleka," she said, her voice low and husky. "And I have come to claim what is mine."

The family didn't know what to do. They had never encountered a ghost like this before, and they were filled with a sense of dread. Chandraleka continued to advance, until she was standing right in front of them.

And then, without warning, she vanished. The family stood there, shaking and unsure of what had just happened. They went to bed that night, but none of them slept well.

Over the next few days, strange things began to happen in the beach house. Objects would move on their own, doors would open and close by themselves, and strange sounds could be heard in the night. The family tried to ignore it, but they couldn't shake the feeling that they were being watched.

One day, Mr. Hargreave decided to do some research on the ghostly apparition that had appeared to them. He discovered that Chandraleka had been a woman who had lived in the beach house many years ago. She had been accused of being a witch, and had been burned at the stake on the beach in front of the house.

As Mr. Hargreave continued his research, he became convinced that Chandraleka was trying to get revenge on his family for the sins of their ancestors. He tried to convince his wife and children to leave the beach house, but they were determined to stay. They had too many memories tied up in the old place, and they weren't willing to let it go without a fight.

As the days went by, the supernatural occurrences in the beach house grew more frequent and more intense. The family was on edge, and they could feel the presence of Chandraleka everywhere they went. They knew that they had to do something, but they didn't know what.

And then, one night, Chandraleka appeared again. This time, she was more menacing than ever before. She seemed to be surrounded by an aura of darkness, and her eyes blazed with an otherworldly fire.

"You have defied me for too long," she said, her voice cold and menacing. "Now it is time to pay the price."

And with that, she began to attack. The family tried to defend themselves, but they were no match for Chandraleka's supernatural powers. They were thrown around the
