Despite several attempts to learn the special move their coach had shown them, Romulus couldn't do it. He got really upset and mad, and then something astonishing happened: lightning started coming out of his body! Everyone around was super surprised. Even though people had heard tales and seen small signs of magic in others, no one had seen someone use it so strongly before. The coach got worried about Romulus's outburst and told him he needed to calm down or he might have to leave the camp. Romulus understood how serious this was, he then apologized and they quickly went away.
Athena went after him right away and found him sitting on a hill by the river. He sat there quietly for a bit before asking her how he could stop his magic from doing that. Until now, he thought the stories were just made up, but now he knew he had real power. She told him she had heard tales on how to control his power.
She proceeded to tell him that it often came from powerful emotions. She suggested he stay's calm, no matter what happens. Romulus was thankful for her advice, and they both went back to the camp.
The following morning, they were all called early to keep training. Romulus, tired from the day before, hoped for a better day. At the training area, the trainers were told to pick one of the five students to guide. Many trainers wanted Dimitrios because of his size and strength. As time went on, the students were picked one by one, except for Romulus. Feeling sad, he looked down, but then saw the trainer from the king's palace—the one who believed in him. The trainer told Romulus to lift his head, reminding him that he hadn't come this far to start acting weak. Inspired by the challenge, Romulus looked at his trainer, who then said, "We’re going to have a fun time together."
