Sweetest Love

Once upon a time, in a candy shop in Switzerland, there was a very precious & creamy, dark chocolate king. He had been locked away in a vault, because he was so unique and delectable, that the owner of the candy shop dare not allow just anyone to buy him. He was being saved for royalty. The king dreamed of the day that he would be savored as an exclusive dessert for one of the Queen's finest dinners.

In the other room, just sitting on the candy store clearance shelf, was a white chocolate queen. She longed for the day when someone would decide she was worth the small clearance price for her sweetness.

When no one was in the shop at night, she would cry and sing a haunting song of true love and of the day that true love would find her. On one such evening, just after the store's lights had been turned off and the door locked, the dark chocolate king heard this beautiful voice singing the most sad, but loving song, wafting from the other room and it melted his heart, which melted the rest of him. Melted it so much, in fact, that he was able to free himself from the vault, by slipping thru the cracks. :-) He followed the voice to where the white chocolate queen sat singing her heart out. When she saw this wonderful king, she knew that true love had finally found her!!! When the king saw her, he knew that he could never be as delectable as he would be with this queen in his mix. He wrapped his arms around the white chocolate queen and they began to dance and sing together. There was no more crying, only joy, and the song was now a joyful song of true love, hope and the bright, new future. They danced and sang throughout the night, and melded into one perfect confection.

When the shop's owner came into the store the next morning, she found this beautiful heart-shaped candy of swirled dark chocolate & white chocolate lying in the display case. She had to have a tiny nibble immediately and she experienced the most heavenly taste she had ever had!!! And she felt the love in her heart grow! She let all of her finest chocolatiers have a tiny nibble too, so that they could try their best to recreate the sweet and the feeling that it brought with it. They searched high and low, they reached to the ends of the Earth for the most pure and natural ingredients to make such a special treat. When they finally perfected the taste, that made them feel that true love in their hearts, they wondered what they should call it. They instantly came up with the perfect name. "Sweetest Love"! Because they felt love in their heart with every sweet taste of the perfect confection . They wrapped it in gold foil with a royal blue ribbon and a silver tag with the words, "Sweetest Love" in blood red.

The rest of the original candy that the king and his queen had made was locked in a glass box this time, for all to see what started this perfect confection. People came from far and wide to see and taste the "Sweetest Love". Soon everyone was savoring the sweetest love and it spread all over the world and back again. They all shared the sweetest love with each other so that they could feel the love and spread that love throughout the world, so that ALL could live happily ever after!!!
