Kulun town is located in the Tibetan area and is a town that still preserves its original ecology. More than twenty students from the Ganzi Painting Institute, in order to complete their graduation paintings, pooled their money to rent a medium bus and went to Kulun town under the leadership of class leader Zhang Dongyang.

There are hundreds of families in Kulun town, scattered under the Meowu Snow Mountain. When the students arrived in Kulun town, they found that the town was dotted with police officers. The students stayed in the town Gesang Hua Inn, to the innkeeper an inquiry, was learned that in the recent month, the town has been two successive murders, and the dead are local herdsmen. Two herdsmen died in their yard, the killer will the victim's chest torn and gutted, and the whole scene is very bloody, and rash to the extreme.

The chief of the small town police station named Donju, who met these college students from Ganzi, and sternly warned: "Kulun town now out of the murderous maniac, not suitable for tourism, you better hurry back!"

Everyone did not see the scene of the bloodshed, think Tonju is scaring people, students a discussion, think so many people holding a group tour, there should not be any danger, they did not take Tonju's words to heart.

The next day, Zhang Dongyang led the students in the town to pick and paint, play with ice and snow, enjoy nature, and have a good time. Apart from the mountain eagle, yak, and Tibetan antelope, which are common in Tibetan areas, they did not encounter any killer demons.

Early on the third day, the group went to climb the Meiwu Snow Mountain outside the town and came back with heavy snow and howling winds. Zhao Jing and Dawa are a pair of lovers, because of lust for the beauty of the snowy mountains and falling behind, Zhang Dongyang had to turn back to look. Unexpectedly, when he found Zhao Jing and Dawa, the wind and snow had buried the road, the world was chaotic, and it was impossible to identify the direction.

They were anxious, the blizzard, no cell phone signal, can not ask for help from the outside world, can only try their luck. They walked forward for a long time against the wind and snow, but still no sign of their classmates, just when they felt exhausted, Zhang Dongyang suddenly pointed forward with his hand: "Look, there seems to be a family over there!"

When they got closer, it was an odd building with mud walls and a tile roof, a lock on the wooden door, and a wooden plaque hanging above it with the words "Temple of the God of Death".

Zhang Dongyang led Zhao Jing and Dawa from the side of the wall to tumble in. Knee-deep in the snow in the courtyard, because of the mud wall to block the reason, the cold wind is much less. Zhang Dongyang pushed open the thick wooden door of the temple, the three people carefully walked in.

The temple was dark and nothing could be seen. Zhang Dongyang closed the wooden door of the temple and lighted the fire, only to see the temple's simple deity on the platform, a hideous statue of God. The idol is about two meters high, because of the age of repair, the lacquer on the body of the idol has peeled off, and the following mud tires and barley grass are also exposed. There are more than ten black holes in the statue, I don't know what made it.

Zhang Dongyang saw half a candle on the altar, so he went over and lit it. With the candle wick on the fire dancing, a strange smell in the shrine diffused.

Zhang Dongyang surveyed the shrine, and the heart felt strange, this temple is neither like the common Tibetan Lama Temple nor like the Central Plains Garan Buddhist Temple, giving a feeling of incestuous. But things have come to this, they can only deal with the night here.

Zhao Jing rubbed his hands, took out the alcohol stove, food, and canned goods from his backpack, and began to cook dinner. Dawa is a beautiful Tibetan girl, she bowed to the idol in the temple, and kept praying: "The wind and snow, borrowed for one night, the disturbance, no blame no blame!"

Half an hour later, Zhao Jing cooked a small pot of rice, the three of them ate dinner with lunch meat and ham, and finally recovered some strength. At this time, outside has been twilight, only to see the sky lead clouds, the wind rolled snowstorm, there is no point in stopping.

Suddenly, Dawa let out an "ah" a cry of alarm. Zhao Jing is packing dishes, this sudden scream scared their hands a shiver, and the alcohol stove in his hand almost fell to the ground. He followed Dawa's finger to look back, only to see that the idol's body hole, actually revealed a small black head.

"Sable rat!" Zhao Jing shouted in surprise. He remembered that the professor had said during the lecture that the whiskers of the black sable mouse were a good material for making brushes. He did not care about Zhang Dongyang's stop, put on his gloves, and with a fierce effort, jumped onto the altar and reached for the black hole in the idol!

The sable rat was so scared that its head shrank in with a whirr, and soon came out of another hole in the idol, leaped to the ground, and deftly went into the rat hole. Zhao Jing felt some frustration, suddenly, he felt his hand seemed to have touched something and quickly took that out, it turned out to be a black box. He was so excited that his eyes glowed and he shouted, "I've got a treasure!"
