Sold His Soul To The Devil Of ICE

Collateral Damage Of Drugs

By Anastasia Gypsy Published 5 years ago Updated 4 years ago 9 min read

SOLD HIS SOUL TO THE DEVIL

Theres A Conscious Choice We Can All Make

A Chance to Escape to A World Of Utopia

As For Me, You See, I’ve Been Living In Dystopia

My Doomsday Is Already Upon Us

If Humans Won’t Awaken To Consciousness

Then I’m Afraid Today, the Days that Follow

Everyday After Today Are All Doomsday

See When I Was Just A Wee Little Girl

My Grandad Jack Whom I Met Only Twice

I’ve Seriously Only Learnt This Last Week

His Birth Name is Actually Thomas Jack

It Appears I’ve Lived My Grans Life in Reverse

Finally Breaking Our Ancestors Generational Curse!!

Fear For Her Safety, She Was Escorted Out Of Town

Now Here I Am at 43 Having to Flee to Her Old Town

For Fear Of My Life, Inflicted By My Own Flesh n Blood 🩸

My Brother

Saddened to Leave; Fearful Too For Both My Father, My Mother

Finally Bloodlines Return To Where Lies, Generational Roots

First Chance I’ve had To Visit My Grandad Jack’s Grave

Walking By Each One Searching For His Name

Rocking the Grounds with My Purple Chakra Boots

Found His Newly Placed Black Headstone

Upon It Lay An Army Badge Of Honour

It All Began When Grandad Was Called To Duty

I’d Say He Was Admirably Brave

I Beg To Question Though, How Can One Ever Truly Recover

From A Senseless War, GunFire, Killing, Slaughtering Death

No One Man Could Ever Return to Be the Same

Suddenly Jumping Jolting Dropping to Every Loud Bang

Thinking It’s Choppers Dropping Down Their Bombers

Ducking For Cover, Flinching at Every Loud Sound or Shout

Living In Survival, Fearful, Nightmare’s Haunting

It’s No Wonder My Grandad Drank

For The Sights His Eyes Would have Seen, Brutal Atrocities

Your Grand Daughter’s All Grown, I Know I’m Extremely Rare

I’m An Acquired Taste Of Quirky, Spiced Unique

This Psychic Ladies About To Culture Shock

A Little Town You Called Home

Turns Out it is I Upon Whom You All Chose

Seems it’s Little Me it’s Fallen Upon

Knowing I’m The Strongest, By Far the Wisest

A Task For An Intuitive Mind

Not One For Fools Nor The Weak

To Break This Generational Cycles Curse

Tis Also I Who Return’s To The Root

I’ll Show Those Born After I, Weyforth

I’m Not Responsible For the Conditioning

I Received in My Childhood

I Am However 100% Responsible For Fixing It

Putting An End to this Recycling Pattern of Abuse

Handed Down From Parents When They Birth

I Treasure A Golden Heart Shaped Locket

One My Grandad’s Best Mate Potty Gave To My Gran

Love Of Her Life Taken, In A Motorcycle Accident

Enclosed Within Locket, A Photo of Each

One of Potty, One of Grandad Jack

See My Grandad Stepped Up

Taking Care of His Best Mates Wife

Along With His Three Beautiful Kids

Giving Them Four More Siblings

Now Seven Kids Gran Had In Toe

That Part I Did Not Live In Reverse 🤦🏼‍♀️

Gran’s Amazing, She Ended Up Birthing Only Ten

That Would Have Sent Me Completely Around The Bend

The Devil Took My Brother’s Soul….

So Here’s A Little Poem For You, Just Now I Wrote

Thought I’d Say A Rhyme, A Line, OK Perhaps A Few 😂

I Plucked it Right From This Brilliant Poetic Brain in My Head

It Was Either to Say it With Rhyme or to Sing in a Song

Written With My Very Own Lines, Music of Majestical Note

Thought Best I Write it, As I’ve Not the Greatest Singing Voice

You Know, You Chose to Commit Your Crimes

You Continue to Choose to Consume Your Drugs

Now the Devils Got Your Soul, He Owns it, Eternally

He Came in Disguise, This Time, Showing Up As Ice

Thinking In His Disguise, Your Dealers Too, We’re Your Friends

Foolish Clueless Are You Loyal Till The Very End

Their Nothing But His Filthy Vermin, Working As His Demon

I Tried to Warn You, I Tried to Save You

You Laughed Mockingly, Labelling Me Crazy

You Think it Helps Your Tormented Soul Escape

A Reality You Conjured All On Your Own

For Us, We Weren’t Privy to Such A Choice

We Fought Vigorously, Sacrificing Our Own Lives In Vain

All For The Devil Of Ice

Who Fooled You Thinking He Was Nice

Little Did You Know it was Our Souls First He’d Take

We Watched on Helpless, Slowly Perishing From Your Poor Choice

Never Been No Apologies Nor Accountability

For Your Tainted Reality to Escape, We Paid The Ultimate Price

This is My Life, Its All I’ve Ever Known

Cruelty is All to Me You’ve Ever Shown

As of Now I’ve Lost All Hope, I’m Officially Disowning You

No Intent on Shaming, nor Judging, it’s Not a Critique

Because You Continually Choose Him

Still Unbeknownst To You, You killed Us Slowly With Your Demise

I’ve Tried For Years So Many Different Ways to Communicate

But This, This is by Far My Favourite Way

It’s the Best I Know How to Lovingly, Kindly Articulate

This is All of Me Bleeding Onto Paper in Splashes of Blood Stained Ink 🩸

I Seemed to Have Lost Him, My Brother that is, About the Age of 8

So You See Brother, It’s Been On My Mind For Far Too Long

So its Time You Hear the Other Side to Your Escapism, Called Reality

As I Bleed🩸Out Years of My Deepest Pains, My Biggest Heartaches

Took 30 Plus Years, But I Cracked it, the Code, Worked out an Ancestral Link

I Can’t Continue on this Cycle of Fear, Filled with Endless Disappointment

My Hearts Been Broke, Quiet A Few Times Now

Its Become So Fragile Like Panes of Shattered Glass

Your Really Are as Shit as What You Think

Treasure My Words, Hope They Show You, Hope They Haunt You

That It Was I Who Is Worthy, So Very Loved

May It Be Your Greatest Yet, Your Last Ever Intoxicating Hit

Never Could I Say this in Your Presence, In Person

You Wouldn’t of Allowed Me to Have Spoke

Because Let’s Face it, You Don’t Like to Be, Nor Face Your Wrong

Deliverance is Magnificence When it Hits with Impact

Especially When Spoken Poetically

Amazed Your Still Alive On Your 45th Birthday

I’m Spilling it Out, Let You Know I Prayed For You So

I Prayed One Day, You, He’d Cut Away Forever

I Prayed The Devil With His Drugs, You He’d Release

I Prayed Each Morning, Again Once More, At Night

That You Would Still Be With Us, Still Alive

I Prayed The Angels Watch Over You Keeping You Safe

I’ve Even Been Known to Offer the Angels A Bribe

Praying they Go Save You Again, Please

Just this One More Time, Please, Please I’d Beg Sobbing

I Prayed to Arch Angel Michael Each Day

To Slay Your Demons Your Darkness Away

Prayed The Devil Quit, Give Me Back My Brother

Because You Know Deep Down I Really Loved You

But You this Man Who You’ve Chosen to Become

I Certainly No Longer, Nor Will I Ever Love

Your in the Perils of Demons, Your Hurting in Despair

Killing Everyone Else Who Ever Loved You or Cared

The Darkness Still Leads You Down All the Same Old Roads

Your Fooled By the Lure of it’s Falseness, It’s Promise of Escapism

Stooged By A Shifty Manipulative Devil Disguised

Unfortunately, You Haven’t Discovered, that Evil, Equals Temptation

My Brother, Who is it You Have Chosen to Become

It’s Very Clear From Life’s Lesson’s, Not A Things Been Learnt

Still Recycling Old Ancestral Painful Patterns Past

Because Darkness Has Hold of You, It’s All You’ve Known

There’s A World of Pain that Wasn’t Earn’t, At First

That Began This Road To Hell You Sentenced All of Us Too

Quadruple The Pain We Encumbered on Your Road in Vain

Who Knew it Was a One Way Street, Leading Straight to Hell

Only Thing Being Served There, Was Endless Pits of Pain

It’s So Hard to Love, When the Drugs Come Again

I’ve Learnt to Detach Now, Save Myself From Secondary Pain

You Chose that Life, You Still Repeatedly Choose

Time Over Time, You Choose the Same, Always the Drugs

You Never Realised Just What Destruction Would Come

Fuck You Drugs, Fuck You Ice

Mostly Though Fuck You Cause You Chose The Devil

We Didn’t Choose the Road to Hell this Life of Infinite Pain

I’ll Let You Know, Hell Was A Holiday

Compared To Where We’ve Fucking Been

All the Episodes of High’s, The Lows, Knowing Too Well What Came Next

I Tried to Exit this Crazy Merry Go Round

Condemned For Not Maintaining My Family Loyalty

Each Time I Was Brave, Standing Up Against You

I Held That Gold Heart Locket Tightly in My Palm

Praying, Asking Grandad Along With His Mate Potty

To Escape Me, Take Me, Somewhere Peaceful Where it’s Calm

So No Longer When I Hear Sirens Sound

See Lights Flashing My Heart Doesn’t Sink

No Longer Would I Instantly Think

Fuck, I Hope It’s Not My Brother

I Watched Police Tackle You Against Your Enraged Resistance

There’d Be 4 or 6 Onto 1 Your A Fiery Little Fuck

Gave Those Damn Coppers A Good Run for their Pay

But It Terrified Me, Watching On So Helplessly

Pointlessly Screaming Get the Fuck Off Him

I Was Petrified, Traumatised, Absolutely Sickened Too

My Very Core Sick, My Soul Scarred

All For Standing By You

No Matter How Much I Tried to Keep You Walking in the Light

You Always Knew Best, Straight Back Out Picking Another Fight

Your Right in the Midst of All this Crazy Shit

Ice Devil’s Branded You With His Mark

Your The Right Hand Man Loyal to Sinister Friend

Loyal To The Devil, Who Killed Your Family in Bloodshed 🩸

He’s known By Name You Know, This Devil You Love So Much

You May Know it Sometime’s He Goes By Meth or Crack

His Preference of Disguise He Goes By Is, ICE

We’re All Just Collateral Damage of ICE

It’s All to Trick You, Entice You, All it Needs is an N Upfront

Then He’s Got You Thinking It’s NICE

Devil Knows, He’s Won His Filthy Grip On You Brother

Ain’t No Point Trying To Save Someone

Hooked In The Game, Who Doesn’t Wish To Be Saved

Truth Be Known I Didn’t Try Save You For You

I Tried Right Up To The End, Locket Clenched In Hand

To Save You For Mum, For Dad, As They Haven’t Yet Left

Trapped Entwined In Your Crazy Devilish Game

Cause in the End We All Lost, To The Road You Call Home

Don’t That Road Know “It’s Only Time, He’ll Be Back, He’s Mine”

I Hold Grans Locket Remembering All Her Love

The Man She Loved Died On The Road

The Other Man She Loved, Had His Drink In Clutch

Succumbing To His Addictions, Looking For Your Same Escapism

Life Led Her Down A Very Similar Road

There Hasn’t Been Many Good Days Between Us

So We Can’t Just Sit To Laugh In Reminisce

You Know His Name ICE Disguised as NICE

Take Away the N Replace it With V

Now it Becomes Your Vice

The Devil Made Sure You, He Would Not Return

I’m Leaving You Now To Suffer, Face Your Own Demise

Now A Parent to Three of My Own

I Refuse to Allow My Children See This Little Game

You Choose To Play, To Entertain, Your Game, Russian Roulette

It’s Our Lives Your Gambling With, Freely On Your Own

This Heart Of Mine, Was Never Yours To Fucking Bet

You’ve Kept Us In Captivity, I Won’t Let You, Repeatedly Offend

I’m Not Your Prisoner, My Life’s Not Yours to Play

So To You My Brother, I Bid Farewell

With A Big Old Mighty Fuck You!

I’m Pure, An Angel, I Don’t Play Games With Devils

Im Here To Break This Generational Ancestor Curse

Grandad Was Sent To Fight Men In War

I Was Sent to Defeat You, To Repair The Carnegie, The Ripple Effect

Became A Fight With Your Demons, The Devil

To Defeat You In Your Fucked Up Drug War

My Life’s Been One of Living Hell

Might Use Your Little Tactic Of Escapism

Teleport Myself Right Out Of This Place

Escaping My World Of Corruption, Lies, Drugs, Hate, Violence

Into A World Of Majestical Euphoric Utopia

Holding Tightly In Clasped Hands, I Bow My Head In Prayer

Asking Grandad Jack, Mate Potty To Please Transport Me To Utopia

You May Have Caused Me To Flee Ironically It’s Set Me Free

Finally An Escapism To A Happy Place

Never Thought It’d End Up Being

My Dad, My Grandad’s, My Ancestors Old Town

It’s My Slice Of Heaven, My Saving Grace 🙏
