Insanity came out of the woman’s womb. Swirled around the neighbourhood a few times. Perched on a tree branch like a bird, ready to strike at the most peculiar and unpredictable moments.

Everything depended on the light in which things were bathed. They played cat and mouse to see how resilient she was. It always happened that she turned up like a bad penny, although she didn't pinch a single one.

Some people are more useful after death.

His mouth is stuffed with lies forever in the grave.

The penny dropped too loudly for her hypersensitive ears.
