We both stared into the sky looking at the stars without talking for awhile . Kissing and cuddling under the half moonshine . I told her to look north . Our brightest and most popular star Fosavian was dominating the sky at this time . With the other stars looking like decorations in comparison . I started to talk to her . “ Legend has it that if you follow that star while on the sea . It will lead you to amazing treasure . The legend also goes that if you follow the star in space , that you’ll receive powers of unimaginable proportions .”

She waited until she was sure I was done talking before she answered me . " I‘ve heard that story before . Our geography teacher was obsessed with that story . Is that why you became an adventurer ?" I replied , " yes and no . Not growing up with parents I always knew that I wanted to find something . So deep down I always wanted to be an adventurer . It’s just hearing the story sparked something in me . It reinforced the idea that what I’m doing can lead to something more . Something that I never knew I could do before . "

She looked at me surprised and asked me , " what would you do if you find It ?" I said to her . " I don’t know . Something good . She replied "Thats a good answer , but only because I know you’re good ." I looked at her with a devilish grin . Then I asked her , "Who’s good ?" Before I started kissing her again . The night pretty much went the same for the rest of the night . Looking at stars while having deep conversation . Until we gradually got tired . I could tell when we were about to go asleep . We were silently holding each other and star gazing before dozing off .

I woke up first and snuck off to go use the bathroom . I came back to lay with her some more . I really didn’t want to get up . I really did want to get revenge on that mysterious bastard . The problem was that I wasn’t sure if I could get it . The chief's grandson is very strong . Right now he’s labeled as the second strongest in the village . As far as we know the three of us were probably the strongest people that he fought when we were attacked .

If I were to rank battle strength Id have to say that we’ve finally reached the bottom of the top ten . It’s still probably not the biggest achievement because we’re still a small village of around 200 . With only around 50 fighters .( In this world and current time frame there are no country or continent sized nations . The biggest nations are the size of American cites and medium sized states at best . )

I started to smile while I was thinking . Laying here holding Goldy , thinking about going into battle with the guys . This is fun I thought . Ive always been more of an adventurer my whole life , but the thought of fighting and growing stronger kept calling me . Balance I thought , as long as I keep a good balance I’ll be fine . I don’t want to embrace fighting too much . What if I gain the ultimate treasure and in turn lose myself ?
