After I enjoyed my meal I dozed off into some of the best sleep I’ve had in ages . I even had vivid dreams again , but it was a simple one . Just me , my friends and Goldy exploring a sunny country side with exotic wildlife and vegetation . We were just wandering around having fun with the sun shining in our faces . The wind was a gentle breeze , it was a perfect compliment to the suns radiant warmth . I just had an enigmatic feeling during the entire dream . As if everything in the world was at balance . It might've been my minds way of telling me something . That even after defeat . Everything will be okay . As long as I can adventure with the ones I love . Sunshine and great weather are just the added bonuses .

Once again I woke up to seeing Goldy . This time she was sleep on a chair . She even brought me beautiful flowers in a vase . I laughed to myself . This must be her way of being funny . In our village , it’s customary for the males to give flowers to the females . She gets a kick out of doing things out of tradition and I love it . To me there’s nothing more special than someone having their own unique humor .

I decided that I’d let her sleep . I looked over and saw a cart with breakfast on it . The cart had some bread , fruit and milk . I enjoyed my meal while watching Goldy sleep . I started to wonder if I ever deserved her . As long as I can remember after meeting her . She’s just always been around . Even when we were younger , we knew that we were more than friends . Her father Roger wants me to marry her but he’s very respectful of our patience .

I finished eating and just relaxed patiently for Goldy to wake up . I heard the door swing open and the old village chief Maxus came in . He had some papers in his hand and he had a strong sturdy wooden can in his other hand supporting him . Word around town is that he barely needs the can and that it's more of a weapon . He's a low level healer with an affinity towards plants, trees and vegetation . He's the main reason that our crops are always bountiful . It was his dream to be able to start his own village when he was young . His father told him that before he could start a village . That he should be able to feed one . Our village is the biggest village that allows people of all races to live with each other fairly .

He started to speak to me after glancing over my papers . “ I just got some intel on where that weirdo is , my grandson is also back from his mission . We’re creating a team to go and get some revenge . I’m giving everyone a chance who’s healthy a chance at some payback . You can also choose to rest if you want . The doctor said that you’re good to go though . Here’s your paperwork .” Just like the chief I thought , feels like he can just look through anyones paperwork .

I thought to myself in my head for a minute . I sat up while looking at my paperwork for a short while before answering . “ How much time do I have time to think about it ? I definitely want to go and I’m well rested . I just think Goldy might kill me if I go . “ The chief made a small smirk and then said you have 1 day to woo your girlfriend over there . Then we're leaving with or without you ."
