Planet Tetro ~ Page 33

The Eye

This is the type of setting the story is at right now , Although they are fighting on plans in between a mountaing a forest..

The giant Cyclops didn’t appreciate the constant jabs to it’s legs . It ran full speed at Visceroy , while blocking the staff with his hand . By the time it reached Visceroy he used his staff to vault back to where the cyclops was . The cyclops reached for the staff and grabbed it. Then Visceroy let go of his staff and it smashed into the ground as if it weighed a million tons . That’s when I remembered him saying that the staff was weightless for him . It must also mean that the staff has unlimited weight when someone tries to hold it .

Rose was healing wade with her water healing magic when he told her , “ That’s enough , I feel good enough . Just let me rest for a second over here. Go on and help him finish the giant !” The Giant’s hand was pinned on the ground and Illdred decided this was a good time for a surprise attack . He sliced the giant in the back with a definite slice . Blood splattered across the plains . The giant freed his hand from the staff and used his newly free hand to crack Illdred as he tried to make another cut . He was sent flying just like wade before .

I’m guessing Illdred’s attack didn’t do enough damage . The wound was too shallow as the cyclops grunted angrily staring at us . He locked his eyes with Rose and starting charging at us ! Bulls Eye had a good idea and started shooting arrows at his legs . He was trying to mark the cyclops eye with his laser though but was narrowly missing . John powered up and blocked a giant slap with his club . They started to battle one on one while Bulls Eye looked for the perfect opening .

I grabbed Rose by the hand and said " come on ." We ran towards Illdred and Rose started to healing him . Visceroy was panting on one knee regaining his energy , and so was Wade . At least they were both by each others side in case the cyclops targeted them . John and the cyclops continued to block each others blows instead of trying to dodge each other . It must be some Cyclops strength challenge thing .

The giant Cyclops got tired of trading blows and grabbed John with two hands and began to squeeze him . For that small moment when they weren't moving Bulls Eye got a good line of sight and marked the cyclops eye with his laser power . The confused cyclops squinted while still squeezing John . If he wasn't powered up right now I'm sure he'd have some broken bones by now . I wasn't sure how long he could hold up though .

Bulls Eye grabbed two arrows then yelled , "Mark!" He fired them at the cyclops while yelling , "match!" Both of the arrows pierced his eyes as he let out a terrifying howl . AAAUGGUUAAHH!!! Visceroy decided to take advantage of the chaos . He yelled to Bulls Eye and John ." Get far away from him !" He raised his staff high in the air and then made it grow 40 feet tall . Then while the giant was still dazed in confusion , and holding his bloody eye . Visceroy slammed the staff down right on his head . I've never heard a sound like that . It was the sound of magic metal smashing into the hardest head I've ever seen . It was like the sound of hitting a rock with a steel pole . The strike worked though . The giant fell down dramatically . Hopefully ending this battle .
