I told the guys , “good teamwork but lets keep moving until we get out of here . We can patch ourselves up before we do our last charge to the cave “. We continued to sprint and luckily we made it out of the forest into the clearing . From the edge of the forest we could see the Sapphire Cave . The cave was large and dark . Even from the outside you could see that it was connected to a mountain on one side and it was connected to hills on the other . The entrance was big and menacing . It resembled a giant predators mouth more than a cave entrance .

We patched ourselves up and made small chatter while doing so . Bulls Eye said “ If I didn’t have a weight limit with my power I’d send some trees at all the entrances we could find and collapse the the whole thing . Starve them out . “ We can come back later with a big group and exterminate the little jerks .” I replied to him chuckling “ Calm down , you are not really this evil.” John chimed in “ Damn I hope not .“ We all laughed while finishing our bandages . John sighed “ Got damn it , I guess I’m getting low on bandages . Guess we really have to kick their ass now! “. We laughed some more .

We shot off in the direction of the cave quickly . It was only about 500 feet away from us to begin with . Once we got halfway there , we could see 10 dino vultures flying towards us from on top of the caves . They all started flying lower than we’ve ever seen them fly . Bulls Eye took down one with a regular arrow and marked the two others from the right side . John was wacking rocks with his club and actually hit one before they got two us . By the time that happened Bulls Eye took down the other two he marked with the same arrow . By the time they got close their were six left .

Thats when we saw them up close . It was the insect people but they looked different . They were about 2 inches bigger , both height and width . They also had long hair and carried long spears . There were 3 riding of them on each dino vulture instead of the four regular soldiers . Makes perfect sense when you think about the size difference .

As soon as they were in striking distance we took down 3 more Dinos , Bulls Eye switched to his axes and we used our usual club and drill . Unfortunately , right before our blows landed the bug warriors jumped off mid air ready to attack us . At the same time the other 3 Dinos crashed into the each of us with those bug soldiers jumping off to the ground before impact .

I didn’t react fast enough for the vulture so I took the blow straight on the chest . Me and the vulture both fell on the ground . The 3 insect warriors that tried to attack me mid air had landed and were charging towards me . Bulls Eye and John both reacted fast enough to kill the incoming vultures attacking them . Although this left them both vulnerable to the warriors attacks that were attacking from mid air . A few of them landed shallow attacks and then landed on the ground while Bulls eye had one that had climbed on his shoulder and was stabbing him before he threw it to the ground and stomped on it . John had two hanging off of his loin cloth slashing at his legs before he dropped his club and grabbed both with his hands . He then smashed them into each other and threw them into the grass .
