When the engine fired up for the first time, it emitted no noise. But the power was evident.

“It’s all nuclear and should power this house for a million years!” The engineer, Foster Shroud shouted.

A light pierced the darkness. A fed. The duo of men, black as night, ran from their project.

The Delaware moon led them to a barn with the nuclear powered car. They rocketed out and continued away. They created a chase in the middle of the night.

The plans, both Shroud and Carter Pendle had memorized. They destroyed them. It took them time to go.
