Mortals and Heavenly Gods 1

The god of heaven can be a god because he is loved by many mortals.

By Frankie C RederPublished 4 years ago 3 min read

The god of heaven can be a god because he is loved by many mortals. Endless love, ordinary people can not use up all their lives, the rest of the love will converge into the divine power, so that this mortal with endless love, leaving the earth, rose to the sky, and became a sky god. Therefore, the gods are very few, even if there are so many mortals in the world, but all the love can serve the gods, and not so many. Heavenly gods with divine power have an easy life, do not age or die, omnipotent, wherever they go are embraced by the devout faithful. Likewise, the gods who lost the power of the gods will be very miserable, losing respect, fall into the mortal world, humble as any ordinary person who fell into a mud pit on a rainy day. So the gods are afraid of losing their divine power; in other words, their greatest fear is that there will no longer be enough mortals to love them. But love such offerings, by humble begging is useless. The celestial gods, full of wisdom - or cunning - discovered long ago that if you want more mortal adoration, you should stay away from the faithful who adore you. Yes, to make their image more and more perfect, while making mortals know that such a perfect image, revered beyond measure, is not accessible to just anyone. Only the most devout and respectful mortals can enjoy the privilege of being close to the gods, obtaining occasional alms from the celestial gods, and satisfying their innermost hidden desires with divine power. This was a great generosity and mercy from the gods, and the mortals who received the divine blessing were so grateful that they made the miracle into a song that was widely celebrated. When other mortals heard the song, they were also encouraged and willing to continue to offer their infinite love to serve their gods of divine power in order to obtain this minimal good fortune. Although the source of these divine powers would have been the love of mortal offerings. Oh, it is not surprising that mortals always seek those things that seem to be perfect, yet high and unattainable. The harder it is to ask for, the more cherished it is. Thus the relationship between the gods and mortals will logically continue, year after year, world after world. Mortals offer hot love, converge into the gods of the cold divine power. Until one of the gods, perhaps because his heart was still warm in the human world, began to tire of such a life, but also tired of the distance between heaven and earth, the illusory, one-way love. He wanted to go back to his faithful, to touch the warmth of love directly, and to respond with the same passionate love. The other gods thought him crazy, and either mocked or discouraged him. Mortals only love the gods they need to look up to, but never look down at the ants who are inferior to them. Those gods who disagreed said. If you love them the way mortals do, they will no longer love you as they love the gods. But the obstinate gods did not listen to them, and descended to the temple dedicated to them, and appeared before the faithful who were praying there. The mortals were surprised and excited. All of them surrounded the god of heaven, just to be able to bend down to kiss his toes, and then shed tears of happiness. The mortals loved him so much. These sincere love moved the god of heaven, and he decided to stay, listen to the wishes of the faithful, and then use his divine power to fulfill them one by one. To heal the sick, to make marriages happy, to accumulate wealth, a single mortal's wish would require the divine power of many mortal loves, but the God of Heaven did not care. The love was already taken from them. Now it is just a matter of giving it back to them. Looking at the joy of mortals' wishes being fulfilled, the God of Heaven felt a heartfelt joy, as if remembering the scene thousands of years ago, when he was just a mortal, but was loved and praised by people around him for selflessly helping others. But now that he is a heavenly god, what the mortals ask from him is much harder and more difficult than what they asked from him as an ordinary person back then.
