“Goddamn it’s cold!” Marine Corporal Trinner Montclair declared.

“She’s on my mind!” Sergeant Dawser Milne exclaimed.

“What? We’re out here with these Mickey Mouse boots fighting in Korea and for what I don’t know and you’re up here talking about some gal!”

“Kalana Haverson. She’s the best colored starlet Hollywood’s ever seen. That’s all I’m thinking about. You can have your boots and your snow. I’m thinking about her!”

“To hell with all of that stuff. As long as I have my socks and my bubble gum and my poster of the better starlet, Jennifer Redberry, that’s all I need.”
