William: Three months ago
I woke up in a grey room, no longer than two benches wide. There was another person in the room with me. She had straight white hair, pale skin, and deep blue eyes. "H...Hello." I said quietly, she glanced at me and nodded slightly before looking away. "Do you know where we are?" I asked, trying to keep the conversation light, "Where in the authorities, were prisoners waiting to be tortured and tested on." She replied still not looking at me. "The authorities?" I asked, feeling the sour taste in my mouth. Had my father really gone through with his threat and called them? What would he gain out of this? I let a small sigh escape my lips and she then looked at me. "There's no point in trying to escape, we're stuck here until they decide to let us leave, if they decide to let us leave. I'm Anna by the way." she stated as she pulled her legs up and wrapped her arms around them. "William." I replied, not wanthing to make too much conversation, I don't know how much she would already know or if she was even like me. She could be something else entirely and I don't want to get mixed in with anything that I should not be, that was clear in the set of rules from the authorities, don't make yourself known to outsiders only your own kind. Which didn't make sense when it came to helping my father, he was constantly going against the rules. Yet he turns me in for what reason exactly? "Why are you in here?" Anna asked, eyeing me up and down before averting her eyes again. "For being in love." I replied tapping my fingers gently against the wooden bench. She scoffed and put her hand on the stone wall "For telling a human about what I am, they found out and decided it was too much information, took the human as well...Though I don't think they will stay here, I think the human will be let go. I'm hoping for that anyway." Anna said, a bit too quickly I had to struggle to understand her words. We spoke a bit more about what was happening and what we think may happen while we are here, but nothing prepared us for when the guards came.
We were seporated as soon as we were let into the corridor, Anna went to the right, and I was dragged to the left. "Where are we going?" I asked, hoping to get some information. while we were walking. "It would be wise for you if you kept your mouth shut." The guard replied as he pushed me in front of him to walk down the narrow hallway. We got to a door not far from where we had come from, and the guard unlocked it, then pushed me inside locking the door behind me. I wasn't sure what to expect of the room, but it's nothing like what the room actually was. It was a small white room, no windows, one door. There was a camera up in the far right corner, they were no doubt watching my every move. I grinned up at them before walking over and sitting down against the wall, "Well, might as well get comfy I will be here for awhile." I stated crossing my arms over my knees.
The weeks went by slowly, I got little to no sleep, and barely left the room only to be brought back. During the day I had my blood tested, sight tested and they would have me constantly be repeating sentences for hours. But no person interactions it was all done over speakers, during the night they had me in my white room. It's been like this for three months, Nothing has changed until one day.
