“Iesha, it is time we told you where you came from.”

“No, not ‘the talk’. I know where babies come from.”

“We mean you, specifically.”

“What do you mean by that?”

“You know you’re adopted but we never said where from. Today is 15 years since the day we took you in.”

“Is my real name Aurora?” she chuckled.

Her parents stood silent with serious faces.

“What?” Her curiosity now peeked.

“You are from another realm. As servants of your family, we brought you, the only survivor, here to keep safe. It is time for your return.”
