Code is everywhere. Roget Dickerson felt the cool water wash over his brown toes. He had been on vacation from COO of a credit card company Wilmington, Delaware.

Bethany Beach seemed like the perfect locale for he and his new wife to just breathe. Then, his phone vibrated.

“Jaffe.”

“We need you back here ASAP, Jaf’,” his boss CEO Carrol McClaren said, apprehension in his voice.

“What is it?”

“It’s one of the accounts. The Braden? We’re getting smacked.”

“Say less.” Dickerson went into his home and found his wife making açaí smoothies.

“I’ve gotta get back to the office.”
