Who is James Casbolt?

James Casbolt, a former British MI6 intelligence agent, made public a mind control program run jointly by the NSA and MI6 called Project "Mannequin."

He was involved during his operational service for some time.

According to former British secret agent James Casbolt, beneath Parliament and the Westminster area lies a top-secret subway military base, where the NSA, the U.S. National Security Agency, an agency that has an astronomical budget more significant than that of the CIA itself, is also present.

He has also been present at other bases such as the Brecon Beacons in Wales, where the sinister 5A Group operates, and at Greenham Common in southern England.

Under and around Parliament, the Westminster Base is known as "CLC -1 Facility" and refers to "Remote Viewing Programs."

Casbolt claims that he saw non-human, genetically engineered beings, usually locked in cages, throughout his years on the bases.

Also, he was involved in Mannequin's sub-projects, called the Tigress Program.

In this particular program, they took modified animal DNA and injected it into agents, trying to get genetically enhanced seers.

But this was only one of the programs; there were many other top-secret programs, usually related to Genetics and mind powers.

In the 1950s, before the "Mannequin" project, there was another project called "Oak Tree," a genetic lineage research project run by Harwell Laboratories in Oxfordshire, which was also connected to the Base.

That, in turn, was connected to the leading hospitals in the country to look for "psychic children."

And all medical reports were passed to the NSA via Harwell.

Government treaty with extraterrestrials of July 11, 1934

In this treaty, U.S. President Roosevelt made a pact with the so-called "Little Greys," beings who, according to him, have no good intentions towards humans.

The U.S. federal government allowed the Greys to abduct humans to undergo genetic experiments only if the abductees returned safely.

One of the parties could be classified as loyal to the people of the planet, while the other had no empathy for the human race and did not care at all about the people.

Their only ambition was to get more and more cutting-edge technology.

However, the technology provided by the aliens to the humans was pure trinkets.

On the other hand, currently, USA and Germany would be the main places where the Greys would operate for their abductions.

It is important to note also the existence of reptilian extraterrestrial races operating hand in hand with the Greys in these subway bases.

These Greys and reptilian Dracos working together with the higher levels of governments of various countries are known by intelligence insiders as MIEC or Military Industrial Extraterrestrial Complex.

A level 33 or higher Masonic degree often has access to highly classified areas of MIEC.

However, according to him, there is a vital and fundamental law in what he calls the "Galactic Confederation" this law would imply a policy of non-intervention in the history of the population of a planet and its development.

Still, according to some researchers and authors, this law has been broken numerous times by extraterrestrial entities for the benefit of humanity.

What is the Mannequin project?

Project Mannequin is a mind control program and genetic manipulation run by the National Security Agency (NSA).

The NSA runs many covert "black" projects in many countries worldwide, taking over much of the world's intelligence apparatus.

Project Mannequin was launched in 1972 and is still run from a 6-level subway facility beneath the small Berkshire town of Peasemore.

This subway base is so secret that Peasemore residents don't even know it exists.

This NSA facility is 200 feet under the town.

There are entrances to the installation at Greenham common.

It is ( known as bravo entrance, which is now sealed off), Watchfield Military Science College ('Delta' entrance), and Harwell laboratories in Oxfordshire.

The project includes the abduction of civilians and certain members of the intelligence services and the military.

The reason is to produce programmed "slumberer" agents using sophisticated electronic tackle-grounded hypnotism.

Some intelligence and military service members have volunteered for the project, but others have not.

The NSA programs these individuals to carry out future tasks set by the NSA and become assassins as adults.
