Jacked

Zac and Matt were bored, so they rode their bikes to Hammond’s Pumpkin Patch on State Highway 412. They figured they could stop at the truck stop to pick up some energy drinks and snacks. They could spend a few hours at the patch before returning home if they left now.

Once they arrived, they ran around, disturbing the families visiting the Pumpkin Patch. They knocked little kids down, mocked the parents, and even kicked a grandparent who tried to make them behave.

The patch owner had a record-breaking pumpkin in a roped-off section, with a do not touch sign hanging from the posts. The boys didn’t even think twice. They jumped the rope and grabbed the pumpkin. They fought over the pumpkin when suddenly it cracked. Laughing loudly, Zac pulled an energy drink from his backpack and shook it up. Opening it, he dumped the whole can into the crack. Seeing what Zac was doing, Matt took a can out of his bag and shook it up, but he poured his can all over the pumpkin.

The boys were laughing and tromping on the miniature pumpkins in the enclosure with the humongous pumpkin. The patch owner was trying to get the boys to leave while several folks stood around with their cell phones, posting straight to social media the mayhem happening because of the two boys.

Suddenly, the monstrous pumpkin rose and ate Matt. Zac started screaming as the pumpkin turned towards him. He attempted to run, but the pumpkin shot a vine and pulled Zac towards it. It ate Zac in one gulp, also.

There was screaming and crying everywhere as the surviving people attempted to run from the rampaging pumpkin.
