I met Her 4 Coffee
Dinner dates while others Hate

Ring shopping was very exhausting and long for Jay and Gemma. She was pleased with the selection. She did not care about the price or the cut, Gemma knew that she has the company of a man that truly values her and desires her best interests in the center of his heart. “We should celebrate instead of staying in tonight!” Jay said with a smile on his face.
Gemma grabbed the middle of Jay’s pants as he almost lost control of driving and whispered in his ear, “I was so looking forward to Netflix and Chill” She laughed and retreated back to her seat, “what did you have in mind, Jay? You plan on having any of your exs show up unannounced this time?” Gemma continues to laugh, “I might have to fight my way outta a situation if she sees this ring! Dang, Jay! I have to lift weights and get in better shape to carry the weight of this ring!” She leans over for another soft kiss as Jay tries his best to stay on the road.
“Well, do you have something black and easy to wear? We can do an art show and dinner afterwards! That would be so cool!” Jay says with confidence.
The couple made it back to Jay’s and decided to try and spend some alone time in the same house as they prep for the evening ahead. “Hey, Love! I’m going to the corner store for a few items, you need anything?” Gem poked her head into the kitchen entry, “I’m fine, bout to jump in the shower real quick before the evening starts! Hurry back, Love Spelled! I love you!” A smile as big as the Mississippi was on Jay’s face!
Jay made way to his SUV, “there he is! What kind of a ring you get here?” Ms. Rose stood there with her hands on her hip and a strict look on her face! “Nothing but the best, Ms. Rose! You know my momma taught me better!”
“Yes, child! She was a sweet lady! She’s looking down on you, smiling that her baby is making a good decision and settling down with a beautiful woman with a great personality! She’s proud of you, Jay!” Ms. Rose gave Jay a hug.
“So what are the plans for the night? You need some flowers?” Ms. Rose gave Jay a quick nudge to the side. “As long as you keep the price below $50 this time! The jewelry store broke me in half!” Jay shook his head. “She’s worth it! Every penny!”
“See you in a few Ms. Rose! Gotta run and come back and get ready! You need anything from the store?” Jay jumps in and starts his SUV up. “No baby! You hurry back and show that lady a good time tonight! I’ll have the flowers waiting for you! Theses are on the house! You deserve a break, young man!” Jay rolls off, “Thank you, Ms. Rose! See you in about 30 minutes!”
Jay makes his way to the store and returns with some much needed items that will assist with tonight’s dinner. He notices that his door is slightly cracked and the music is playing. Jay entered his home, “Gem, you here?” No answer! Just an empty place with music playing and the shower still running! Jay started to look around as he knew Gemma can play a joke or two. He goes upstairs, “Gem, you there?” No answer! Jay starts to worry and search all corners of his home, but no Gemma!
Minutes later, he stumbles upon a note and the phone starts to ring!
