You have 60 seconds to decide. Live or die.

What? Who the fuck are you? What have I done?

You haven't done anything, other than live in a world where people are dying every second. 50 seconds.

What? I don't understand. I mean, other people dying isn't my fault.

I never said it was. 45 seconds.

Well, easy. Live...wait. Who lives and who dies, if I decide? Me, or someone else? Is this a trick?

...You live if you decide to live, you die if you decide to die. No trick. This happens every day. Today is just yours. 30 seconds.

Wait. You hesitated when I said 'someone else'. What happens to someone else?

Interesting. Most people never get that far. I doubt it will make a difference to your choice, but someone else dies. Someone else in the very next room dies, and you live. Or they live, and you die. 20 seconds.

I don't understand.

What is there to understand? You live, they die. Or they live, you die. 15 seconds.

What? Why is this happening? Who is in the next room? Whose life am I deciding?

This happens every day. It doesn't matter who it is. You are deciding on your own life. That is all. 5 seconds.

...

Live or die. 2 seconds.

...

1 second...

Oh my. This had me glued to my screen and with my heart racing at the same time. Tough decision to make, and he wasn’t making it any easier with that continuous count down after every line. The one who was going to live or die sounded very believable, very anxious. Masterpiece, I’d say 👏🏽
