“Good evening, I’m Stan Douglas and this is a World Broadcast News special report,

Russian President Sergey Anitov has disappeared live on state television while he was giving a speech. A warning, the following video may be disturbing to some viewers.”

The video coverage begins with President Anitov standing at a lectern speaking into a microphone. Captions scrolled at the bottom of the screen, when suddenly Anitov’s eyes swelled large and his body then appeared to turn inside out, organs, blood, bones and entrails clearly visible and a fraction of a second later he disappeared completely. There were no remains of his body to be found. Security personal immediately surrounded the lectern but did not find any evidence that Mr. Anitov had even been there. The scene showed many officials all in disbelief to what they had seen. Panic and confusion evident on their faces- the screen then went dark - obviously terminated at source, RTRN, the state broadcaster.

“That’s all that is known at this hour. Repeated attempts to contact RTRN have not been successful and no official statements have been issued by the Kremlin related to the President’s disappearance. He aimed the remote at the TV and shut it off. “Hmmm, curiouser and curiouser,” he thought. Was this a new tactic of some kind? What is its purpose and what will be the follow-up? Perhaps it was an assassination attempt? God knows there are many who would wish such a thing since the invasion began just a couple days before.

He had to wait for the software update to finish loading before he could access social media and read what the international buzz was saying. Nothing of any value, just people providing their gratitude that Anitov presumably had come to some violent end and that was just fine with all of them so far.

He visited the international media websites, Reuters, Associated Press, Pravda English service, The Guardian, CNN, the India Times, none had any real information other than President Anitov had exploded and disappeared fully and completely while giving a speech on live TV. There were also some graphic descriptions of what was witnessed as his body turned inside out and disappeared without a trace, not even a drop of blood was found where he had stood. Speculation ran wild on how this was achieved in complete secrecy and who could have developed such a weapon.

Opinions of super secret weapons used by the NATO forces was the most common theme, some others believed it was a religious supernatural power or aliens at work, but nobody had yet come forward to claim responsibility for the deed, nor was there any evidence to be found suggesting possible perpetrators.

Jubilation by protestors around the world was captured on video and became the second run news story following the announcement of Anitov’s apparent death and disappearance. Everywhere people captured for comment by the media cameras spoke of how “He had it coming – I hope he suffered – He got off easy – Who did it? – So is the war over now then?”

It was early innings and it would take time for the investigations to be conducted and the official statements to be crafted and approved by the now headless group of Russian political decisionmakers. “Tomorrow will be an even more interesting day.” He concluded as he prepared for bed, the information will be gathered, sliced and diced while he slept.

He performed his regular morning ablutions before he started his computer to see what the latest news was. Coffee cup in hand he saw that Anitov no longer occupied the lead story position, rather two African despots had also come to the same end in their offices a few hours after Anitov’s disappearance. These events also had no clues to what had happened or who was the culprit behind these assassinations as they were now being called. The world continued to cheer as news of these deaths became more widely known around the planet.

Some news outlets reported that there were suggestions for nominations to be made to the Nobel committee for the peace prize for whomever removed these villains from existence. National police forces were all in a scramble to conduct their investigations to satisfy a variety of need-to-know actors in global politics. Speculation on who may be next to be removed was a popular social media topic which caused great consternation among some governments. A couple national leaders expressed their condemnation for these brutal murders and promised that justice would come to those responsible for these vile acts…none of these leaders spoke from behind a lectern, but rather, their comments were issued via state media release, with the added caption that interviews will not be granted at this time.

Who’s next became the trending topic of discussion. Off-track betting was offering odds based on recent news headlines and historic perceptions of popularity. Chinese President Wang lei and Doo Yun of North Korea were the favourites by a large margin. A couple South American dictators also were solidly in the running for many of those making wagers.

The next day at 13:00 GMT, electronic media around the world suddenly ceased their regular programming and the screens went dark, the airwaves silent causing technical people to panic and scramble to re-establish regular programming…but nothing they did would restore their outgoing signals.

A stunning high definition picture of the Earth from space filled the screen, there was no music or graphics but within a few seconds a warm deep male voice began: “Citizens of the world. You may be curious to know what has happened with the recent dismissal of some national leaders. Its simple - they are gone. They will never return. There will be no further explanation about where they went or how this feat was performed. Believe me when I say, our methods are exacting and operate without fail anywhere and at any time we choose to apply them. There is no evading this punishment once it has been earned.

We believe these punishments are warranted based on the performance of national leaders who have not fulfilled their mandates of doing what is best for their citizens and their nations. Greed, pride, arrogance and other forms of hubris have all been witnessed and pleas from their respective citizens go unnoticed or ignored, often to the detriment of public well-being and increased suffering.

As there is not a formal or reliable body to oversee the performance of these so-called international leaders, we have taken on this role and as you have seen, our punishments ensure these offenders will not be permitted to act against their citizens or other nations any further.

Our mission is a simple one: We are here to ensure and enforce world governments to honour their primary duty to care for their citizens in every way required. Education, healthcare, reliable infrastructure, and healthy economies in which all can participate and prosper are the issues we will measure to judge acceptable leadership.

Second: There will be equality for all persons regardless of where they are. Race, religion and other beliefs will no longer guide the direction of how people are treated by their governments and policies - everyone will be the same. Each citizen will have the same responsibilities and rights with no special considerations other than for those with confirmed physical or cognitive impairments. Leaders of groups or agencies protesting these new values will be treated the same as the failed elected leaders…they will be no more.

We agree our methods are draconian and final. We will operate independent from any external viewpoints or opinions from other agencies. History has proven the Status Quo methods of global governance have not been effective and are largely misdirected.

Third: Global groups and international planning bodies, committees and similar associations will now focus their efforts exclusively on improving the quality and standards of life for all people and their nations equally. WE are the New World Order, and we are not what those planning to become this force anticipated.

No longer will they plot to manipulate national economies and the output of their working classes. No more will they siphon wealth away from the citizens who earned it. Standards will be determined, and governments will be required to meet these standards or suffer the consequences.

Additionally, there will be no further need for war machines. We will ensure peace throughout the world and remove any who attempt to pursue political friction between nations. This will allow for governments to invest in their societies and populations rather than spending vast sums of the people’s money on weapons. Moreover, the existing weapons will be removed from all nations in the near term to ensure our directions are clear. This removal has already commenced on the battlegrounds of Ukraine and all nuclear weapons on the planet have been removed.

We have no desire to assume additional power, we are content with our present abilities and need nothing further other than the compliance of all nations and their elected leaders.

Too many have died or are suffering from the mismanagement or corrupt activities of those in power. This stops today! We are aware of what is happening around the world in exquisite detail, we know what plans are being considered, who are behind these and their potential outcomes, and we will intervene if our directions are not followed and the efforts of all governments do not deliver the values I spoke of earlier.

Rest assured we are not strangers from another planet. We are a small group of international citizens who have grown tired of the abuse of power and the disregard for human life and well being. Humanity is not cattle to be exploited by a group of wealthy influencers. We created a method to hold these so-called leaders to account and as you have already witnessed, we are not hesitant to apply their punishments.

Our world changed today. There will be further changes expected from governments as they adopt these new priorities as we have set out. We will monitor their work to ensure the political leaders heed our directions and apply themselves to improving the quality of life for their citizens. We are not Big Brother, but we will be watching.

The screen faded to black.
