A lot was on the mind of Rebecca Chambers as she sat in front of her laptop inside her secluded cabin. She had been at her place of privacy in the last six weeks that passed since her husband of 16 years, Daniel Oswald, was taken from her, and regarding Rebecca, she had been taking the time to herself following her loss. On that night, Rebecca was doing what she has done every day since then: write in her journal.

"The sense of emptiness remains ever since Daniel left this world. Would tonight be the night that it goes away? Would I ever be fulfilled? Time will tell."

After finishing her entry, Rebecca closed her laptop for the night, and less than a minute after doing so, she looked at her hands and noticed that her nails had become long like claws. Rebecca looked out the window and saw that a full moon had risen, and afterwards, she started shouting in pain as hair started covering her body, while her clothes were tearing. Rebecca's screams became snarls when her fangs came in, and she displayed wild yellow eyes before she tore down her front door and prowled through the woods.

At a nearby cabin, a woman named Christine Walter was home alone watching TV, but her solitude was interrupted by the sound of an ominous howl. Christine didn't give it a thought, as she didn't think there were wolves in the area. However, a vicious werewolf crashing through her window would prove Christine wrong, and her undoing came very swiftly. Hours later, the sun was up, and so was Rebecca, only donning her tattered clothes and making her way back to her cabin.

On the following night, Rebecca was seated in front of her laptop once again, but this time, the demeanor shifted from the previous night.

"Finally, sweet fulfillment! Oh, Christine, you thought you could get away? You thought you could just sleep with my husband and get away with it? Daniel thought the same thing. Of course, he hadn't counted on my knowledge of the occult and knowing just the right concoctions need to become a vicious werewolf. As sweet as it was to tear Daniel to shreds, it felt even more delicious to lunge at Christine. I'd like to think that just before she met her end, Christine had to have recognized me, if only for a split second."

Rebecca finished her entry and closed her laptop, feeling sadistically content. The images of her first transformation, the images of killing Daniel and Christine, they all flowed through her mind. All the while, Rebecca closed her eyes and drank in her murderous memories, and when she opened them again, the wolf-like yellow shade returned, and Rebecca flashed an evil smile on her face. Rebecca played the part of a woman in grief for weeks, but when the shell was removed, what was left was a cold-blooded and vengeful creature who had fulfilled a murderous vendetta in supernatural fashion.
