Frank The Shark's Bubbles

Near the Island, Oahu lived a legendary Shark name, Frank. Ramsey was a boy who lived on the island who discovered Frank one day while swimming. It is rare to see a Great White Shark in Hawaii, cause its waters are warm. Sharks normally like cold temperatures waters. Ramsey was a boy, who was ten years old who loved to swim and surf on his mother‘s private beach. Every Summer Ramsey would visit his mother on that private beach, his mom was a CEO of a World-renowned company that produced rare orange material fabric, dyed from her Orange Hawaii marigold garden on the island.

Ramsey’s mom's private beach had an Old Run Down Barn, which Ramsey loved to hang out in during his visits. He stored his favorite books, sleeping bag, and personal custom-made surfboard in it. Ramsey had a collection of books from Moby Dick the Whale by Herman Melville to Shark Lady by Jess Keating. When Ramsey is not reading his books, he is hanging out with Frank the shark. Frank seems to know when Ramsey is on the beach. Frank would swim along the side of Ramsey or Ramsey will just lay on his surfing board stroking gently Frank’s back like you would a dog. Ramsey would tell Frank about his day and most especially how tired he was baking Chocolate cakes with his mom, all summer that he dreams about Chocolate cakes every night. He might die from eating too much Chocolate cake. Ramsey wondered if he might bring Frank a slice of the Chocolate cake. Ramsey read somewhere that dogs can die from eating Chocolate, how about Sharks? He did not want Frank to die. Ramsey will tell Frank about how he had to make food coloring from his mother's marigold flowers in their garden to make frostings for the Chocolate cakes they made. Ramsey's mom loved the orange color. Their house was surrounded by acres of marigold flowers. Tomorrow was his mother’s birthday, July 1st. Ramsey asked Frank what gift he could give his mother.

Frank communicated with Ramsey by the way he moved in the water,opening his mouth/gills, nodding his head or arching his body. Frank was huge but his movement is silent and graceful in the water like a dolphin sometimes. The Day before Ramsey’s mom’s birthday Frank was so excited to see him , Ramsey could not understand why. Frank made water bubbles that looked like a marigold head crown.

Ramsey became excited, too. Ramsey told Frank, “Great Idea! I will get on it. While I go pick out marigolds for the crown. I will pick marigold for the frosting coloring. You are a genius, Frank.” Ramsey said goodbye to Frank and ran off to his mother’s field of Marigold. Ramsey pick out some marigolds from the garden and started making the crown for his mother’s birthday present. Ramsey hid the present in the Old Run Down Barn until tomorrow. Frank took a bunch of Marigold and headed to the Big house to make food coloring for the chocolate cake he will make for his mother on her birthday.

The next morning, Ramsey woke up and made Chocolate cake for his mother for breakfast with orange frosting. He also made scrambled eggs with bacon. He put a slice of chocolate cake on the tray with the scrambled eggs and bacon. Ramsey quickly remembered the marigold crown he made for his mother. Ramsey ran down to the beach to get the Marigold crown from the Old Run Down Barn. He tripped on his way to the barn on a log that probably drifted from the ocean. He knew he would get a bruise on his lower left leg later but he was too excited to stop and look. He got to the barn and slid open the Barn door and went to the secret hiding place in the barn. Ramsey loved science so much that he made a motion solar light for the barn. Ramsey fixed the inside of the barn so it only looked run down from the outside.

Ramsey set the tray nicely and head upstairs to his mother’s beautiful bright orange room. It looks beautiful against the dark black wood. Ramsey’s mom only used the special orange fabric produced by her company. Ramsey’s mom was so surprised when Ramsey came in with a tray of breakfast.” Wow, what's all this, dear Ramsey?” Put it on the Balcony table and we can eat it together outside,” Ramsey's mom said. Ramsey placed the tray on the balcony table outside his mother’s room .”Happy Birthday, Mother Dearest” Ramsey said with a mischievous smirk.

This always makes Ramsey’s mom laugh when her son uses Mother Dearest to address her. Ramsey loves to hear his mom laugh. Ramsey's mom only laughs around him. Ramsey and his mother ate together. After Breakfast, Ramsey’s mom tried on the marigold crown.”This looks good on me son, Thank you. I always wanted to have chocolate cake for breakfast, too.”Ramsey's mom's eyes were beaming with happiness. She looked like a little girl who woke up on Christmas morning.

Ramsey and his mom played a game of Chess enjoying the late morning sunshine on the Balcony ,when the doorbell rang.”That must be the package I was waiting for.” Ramsey's mother said, making her move to capture Ramsey’s king piece on the chess board.” Checkmate!!” Ramsey's mom shouted with excitement. Ramsey said, “ The Chess game will have to wait. I have to go answer the door.” Ramsey was curious about this package.

Ramsey greeted Mr.Templeton, their mail carrier.” Hi Ramsey dear old Chap, looks like we have a heavy package today for your mom.” Ramsey’s mom was coming down the stairs with a smile on her face and said, “ Hello Mr. Templeton, I been waiting for this package to come. I thought it would never get here on time.” Good Day, Madam “ Mr. Templeton greeted Ramsey's mom, and place the brown paper box on the floor by the inside door area with relief."What is it,mom?" Ramsey asked .Ramsey was so curious whatever could it be?

Ramsey's mom told him, “Open it, Son.” Ramsey opened the big box and his eyes pop with excitement.” Is this for me, mother dearest?” and asked his mom with an exciting joyful voice.

Ramsey jumped up and down for joy.”Mom how did you guess, I always wanted a scuba gear complete system. This is the best summer ever!!!!!!! I can't wait to go in the water with Frank.”Ramsey's mom was surprised Ramsey had any friends. Ramsey never told his mom about Frank. Ramsey was so excited. “You are going to need some lessons, we will head into town tomorrow to start your lessons with Miss Trunch. She is a long-time friend who teaches Scuba diving class and safety.”Ramsey's mom told him.

After a week of taking scuba diving lessons Ramsey was a pro. Miss Trunch was surprised at how fast Ramsey was learning. Ramsey's mom would not let Ramsey scuba alone. She would call one of her brothers to go scuba diving with Ramsey. Ramsey had sneaked outside with his scuba gear when his mom needed to go into town. Frank and Ramsey had an amazing time underwater.
