For broken people

To live while in peace

Don’t say goodbye to your family.

Don’t say goodbye to your coworkers.

Don’t say goodbye to your friends.

Don’t say goodbye to your community.

Just say

“I’ll see you later”

Don’t take your phone.

Don’t take your keys.

Don’t take your cards.

Don’t take your old life.

Just maintain

“I’m someone else”

Don’t leave hints

Don’t leave your essentials.

Don’t leave your favorite possessions.

Don’t leave your pets.

Just consider

“They’re important”

Leave your lights on.

Leave your car parked.

Leave your doors locked.

Leave your water off.

Just know

“Anything can let them know”

Carry some food.

Carry some clothes.

Carry some cash.

Carry some medicines.

Just think

“I still want to live”

Know where to go.

Know what to do.

Know how to succeed.

Know who to avoid.

Just remember

“Why I want to go”

Find a new lifestyle.

Find a new home to live in.

Find new friends to make.

Find out if you’re sought after.

Just ask

“Who am I now?”

Erase your tracks.

Erase your pain.

Erase your past.

Erase your regrets.

Just write

“Never forget those lessons.”

You did this because you were hurting.

You did this to be the person you wanted to be.

You did this because you wanted to live.

You did this to be happy.

Just don’t wonder

“Why did I vanish”
